Green Hunchback Frackle appearances on "The Muppet Show"

Which specific episodes of "The Muppet Show" did the Green Hunchback Frackle appear in? What numbers/sketches/scenes was he in?

The ones I know of are:

#1 Juliet Prowse: he's one of the saloon patrons in the western sketch
#3 Joel Grey: he performs in the opening number "Comedy Tonight"
#7 Florence Henderson: he sings "So Happy Together" with Florence
#19 Vincent Price: he appears in the audience during the Talk Spot and sings in the background in Vincent's closing number "You've Got a Friend"
#27 Milton Berle: he appears in the opening number "There Are Millions of Us Who Are Ugly"
#31 Edgar Bergen: he appears in "Consider Yourself"
#32 Steve Martin: he appears in the audience at the beginning of the show
#111 Carol Burnett: he dances with one of the spies from the Roger Moore ep.
#120 Roger Moore: he appears in the goodnights

Did he make more Muppet Show appearances than the ones listed?

Note that this frackle was completely redesigned in the fifth season.

Actually I don't think said Frackle was redesigned; several new Frackles were built in Season Five and that was one of them. The original one was green and stripy and had a tail; the fifth season one was blue with green hair and long claws. As to the latter Frackle's appearances, add the Glenda Jackson episode (where the new Frackles were debuted) and MCC and that should be it.

Also, in the "TMS Outline--Christopher Lee" thread, Dave "Gorgon Heap" Ebersole said that the real name of this frackle is the Snake Frackle, according to the book "Jim Henson's Designs and Doodles".

One more- Snake Frackle/original Green Hunchback Frackle was in the closing number on the Linda Lavin episode, "Beyond the Blue Horizon", in which multitudes of Muppets sing on a giant cake set (in honor of Kermit's birthday).

But in the Muppet Morsels for the Florence Henderson episode, it says that lenny the Lizard evolved from a Snake Frackle. Maybe there were more than one Snake Frackle.

Theres a purple snake like frackle, that could look like Lenny. He was used on TMS with Vincent Price in the closing number.

There were three Hunchback Frackles; one was the Snake Frackle (the green one with stripes on his back and a tail), the second Hunchback Frackle (the other green one with a big green bill), and the third Hunchback Frackle (the blue-green one who also appeared in The Jim Henson Hour's Monster Telethon episode).

I thought he evolved out of a Frackle called P.J. Dripsnout- maybe that was Droop?

It might say in "Designs and Doodles", and I think it used to say in his Featured Creature bit on the old Henson.com.

I got Snake Frackle for the green stripy one from the picture in "Designs and Doodles".
