Help I need sheet music!

HELP!! I have been looking for some time now, Does anyone have or know where I can get music for the song Cantus sings: "Let me be your song" ???? I play a 6 hole tranverse flute and would absolutly love to play this song. I have tried to work out the notes on my own, but I simply am not that good (read: "somewhat tone deaf") at figuring such things out.

Any help would be greatly apreciated!!
