I would like to make a list of all appearances by Bill The Bubble Guy.

here is what I can rememeber:
Garth Brooks: He is part of the main plot.
Sandra Bullock: appears in the movie "While you were slapping" and later in his own number, "Flight of the bubbl bee".
Whoopi Goldberg: he auditions to be Miss Piggy in the closing number.
Heather Locklear: he appears in a sketch where he is called William T. Guy (what was this sketch called?).
The Cameo Show: appears in the real World Muppets sketch.
Coolio & Don Rickles: he appears backstage, where he tells r. groupa that his name is bob and raisons come out of his ears.

The name of that sketch is 21 Muppet Heights and his full name in that sketch is Councilman William B. Guy.
