Here is my list of "Dream DVDs" in no particular order, if I could get all these DVDs in my collection I would die a happy man. I hope one day we see them all get made. I didn't forget it. It is listed with "The Muppet Show - The Complete First Season Box Set (with the 2 pilots)". The Valentine Show was one of the two pilots for the show.

They already have DVD releases - but I would not object if they made a special edition re-releases with new bonus features of the two films.

I didn't know that the Valentine Special was a part of the regular season of The Muppet Show... did it have the same opening segment or some sort of introduction?

Were "The Muppets Go Hollywood" and "The Muppets Celebrate Jim Henson" sepearate productions?

"Muppets go Hollywood" was a specil they produced to celebrate the release of the muppet movie. THAT would be an awesome addition to a Muppet Movie DVD same goes for seeing 'muppet go to the Movies" and Great Muppet Caper".

I'd also like ot see them rerelease a better DV version of MTI. the first one sucked. the MCC DVD could have been done better too but the MTI DVD was horrible. better special features for an MTI DVD. And put it in widescreen!!

The Valentine Special was a PILOT which introduced Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem, Piggy, Link Hogthrob, Strangepork, and others made specifically for TMS.

I was just looking around some Disney websites and i stumbled upon... "ultimatedisney.com" they have a list of DVD release schedules. And although it is totally vague, it says there are rumors of The muppet show complete first season set in 2005/2006. Although the details are really slim, it gives us hope!

http://www.ultimatedisney.com/comingsoon.html it is number 54.. Check it out.
