Old V cartoon

I've read in some post that Ssetta listed all these segments from a SS episode from 1995, and one of them was named "Virgil Veep" and it was from 1969.

My question is what was that cartoon/segment all about and what happened in it?

This is a V

Here's the gist of it. Two cartoon men standing on the top points of a V.

Man 1: This is a V!
Man 2: A tree?
1: No, a V! It's a letter of the alphabet. Not too many words start with
this letter.
2: I'm not surprised!
1: Well who are you?
2: Virgil Veep! Surprised couldn't make it!
1: Well, how do you like the shape of this letter?
2: Fine!
1: You know you can make a V with your fingers? (Makes a peace sign)
2: You know with one of your fingers you can make one of these!
1: What's that?
2: A thing to scratch your ear with! (Sticks finger in his ear)
1: You shouldn't put anything in your ear. You can damage your
hearing!
2: WHAAATTT?????!!!!!
1: Can you think of ten words that begin with the letter V?
2: Yes I can!
1: Good! Well, I'll see you later Virgil!!!!

The two men fade out, the V recedes into the distance, and the cheesy music ends. This was always a neat clip, even though the animation leaves a lot to be desired. But that's nitpicking. Hope this helps!

that was probably one of the wierdest letter cartoons ever made on SS. didn't really learn any V words. though i admit it was comical.

I remember having a really weird dream about that cartoon when I was a kid. At the end of the cartoon, some robot hands grabbed the V and stretched it forming the word, WOW. That was really unusual.

how about the 1 about the V on the brach of a sicamore tree? i won't type the whole thing and it too was a very wierd cartoon since all it did was talk about it's trip after it gets blown off the tree and last lands on some man's knee. that O one with the song roll and go was also wierd but they certainly were funny.

I just remember a V cartoon where a V eats Vitamins and gets Vim, Vigor, and Vitality. Those were some vitamins.
