here's a question about a couple of SS songs. 1st the Roosevelt Franklin alphabet song where he and his mom are singing the alphabet. well listening to the Muppet Central Radio, it sounds like somebody else instead of Susan is pretending to be his mom. anyone know who it might be? >also i rememebr seeing Cookie performing a song about cookies where he's surrounded by them and 1 verse goes like nobody loves cookies as much as me, oh please give cookie to me. anyone know the title to it?

Windy day!
Look how the breeze turns pirouettes!
(???)
My, oh my, it's a windy, windy day!

Windy day!
(???)
Making the treetops sway...
My, oh my, it's a windy, windy day!

The breeze whistles by...
Whispers high...
What a lovely sound!
It knocks off my hat!
Fancy that!
It blows my hair around!

Windy day!
Look how the breeze spins like a top!
Swirls through the grass and never stops.
Dances me on my way...
My, oh my, it's a windy, windy day!
It's a windy, windy day!
It's a windy, windy day!

Is this the song you are refering to?I found it in a SS lyric site.Hope it helps if it is what you're looking for.

Hey Mike---

Somewhere in the archives in my mind, I think I remember hearing that Rosalind Cash collaborated with Matt Robinson to do some of these songs on the Roosevelt albums. I'm almost positive that she "played" Roosevelt's mom on these audio recordings.

There was another song Bob sang about in the 80's called imagination.

Starts out " Have you seen the man in the moon, etc. Can't remember any other verse.

You also see pictures of the stuff Bob sings.

In My Neighborhood.

This song had a disco feel to it and went like.

In My Neighborhood.

In My Neighborhood.

It's the people, that make my Neighborhood.

And this girl sings about everyone such as the grocer, teacher, etc.
