I just found out at Blackstar.co.uk that on 22nd Mar 2004 "The StroyTeller" will be released on DVD (UK - R2 PAL)

Any coments?

JUst trying to stay caught up, so we're now expecting

The Very Best of The Muppet Show -February 23rd
The Very Best of The Muppet Show 3-pack -February 23rd
Fraggle Rock -April 26th
The SToryteller -March 22nd

That's all we know so far right?

BTW anyone know when we should expect SPY MUPPETS (GBA) and Muppet Party Cruise (PS2 & GB), I read somewhere it was to come out in MAy but I havn't heard anything else.

Well the collectors edition of Dark Crystal and Labyrinth should be released april 19th. But they have not been confirmed yet.

Very likely to be the same R1 disc (sorry to say ). I do hope it will be diffrent DVD with 2 discs rather than 1 (for better quality) and with any luck with special features.

Update #1

According to R2-dvd.org that the UK R2 DVD version will have "TRAILERS". Very likely to be CTHE made trailers for other Henson shows

Any comments?

Note also that the series is being split across two releases. There's no date for the second disc as yet.

I wonder if these are straight PAL copies, Or NTSC transfers?


And its great that there will be 2 Discs instead of one.
