Animated sketches (mid 70's)
who remembers this ?
ok it aired in canada and i'm sure in the usa the little black girl animated has to remember a couple of things to get at the store: a loaf of bread a quart of milk and a stick of butter (DID I MISS ANY ?) she forgets and has to remember what her mom said to get when she gets to the store........she see's her mom's vision....and then comes home and tells her mom " I REMEMBERED,I REMEMBERED !! " HINT: this sketch is the same little black girl sees SNOW in the morning gets dressed and has forgot to bring something out........her sled ! anybody have these skits ? was this on SSU ?

vague memories...
and that's all I seem to have. I think I know what you're talking about. I seem to have vague memories of this sketch. At least the one with the girl going to the store. I'm not sure if I remember the snow sketch. Could you tell me something though? Where did you get your avatar from? Or actually, who is that with Ernie and where did it come from?
thanks. ![]()

the avatar i made up it is from old skits i have,
the early years of s.s. (if any one knows the year would like to find out) i think it's era of 1970 ? it's old !! captured a still image, formatted to fit here. his name is : Beautiful Day ......he originated on the ed sullivan show, and his name came from there getting back to this sketch.........i have fond memories of the little black girl going to the store 'skipping' i believe....... oh man over 25 yrs. since i have seen this !! amazing how you can jog the mind !! ![]()
