Hey!
I just found this at a Danish dvd-page:
http://www.axelmusic.dk/productDetails/043396072831
It shows the cover(GREAT COVER)!!!!
It looks like a 2 dvd-set, but it says 1 disc.
But "unfortunately" it only contains all 9 episodes(the cover say so), and not also the 4 Greek Myths episodes. But maybe weīre lucky that they are featured under "Special Features"???! Who knows???
Released: 26 August 2003
Just thought I would post this!!!
What do you think????

That looks promising. To bad about the 4 greek myths episodes. One can only hope that they are on as a bonus.
I noticed that they also got the cover for the Rocky mountain Holiday DVD

Oh my God!!!!!!!
these covers are great, The Storyteller one kind of reminds me of HArry Potter, it's fantastic and the John Denver one is great, I can't get over the fact that there using a new picture, these are the types of covers that attracts people (well me anyway). Denver :) :o :concern: :flirt: & :sing: how cool is that!
And how many songs were their in the special when it first aired, it says it includes 16 on the cover, this might help us get an idea how edited it is if any at all.

Wow!
Also the Rocky Mountain Holiday cover...looks good too!
I donīt remember exactly how many songs that were in the special, but on the record there was 13:
1. Hey Old Pal (John Denver, Kermit, Fozzie and the Cast)
2. Grandma's Feather Bed (Kermit and the Cast)
3. She'll Be Comin' 'Round the Mountain (Kermit, Janice, Floyd, Scooter, Gonzo, Miss Piggy and the Cast)
4. Catch Another Butterfly (John Denver)
5. Down by the Old Mill Stream (John Denver and the Cast)
6. Durango Mountain Caballero (John Denver)
7. Gone Fishin' (John Denver and Floyd)
8. Medley: Tumbling Tumbleweeds/Happy Trails (John Denver and Miss Piggy)
9. Poems, Prayers and Promises (John Denver and the Cast)
10. Take 'Em Away (The Jug Band)
11. Going Camping (John Denver and the Cast)
12. Home on the Range (John Denver and Rowlf)
13. No One Like You (John Denver)
I donīt either remember IF there was more than these 13 in the special, but the cover says 16 songs, so there must have been more, or maybe there is a few songs added under "special features"???

Yeah the Storyteller cover is FAN-tastic.
Rocky Mountain Holiday.... Well it's a great pic, just wish they'd kept the orginal Kermit head and used an image of Fozzie from the special. Or the one I'm pretty sure was allready there.

I don't really like EITHER cover...
But I'm really gonna like what's inside, so I don't much care. I hate the covers for the three "classic" Muppet Movies, but love the DVDs.

Whoa i really like those !
Kermit did look fine tho in the 'normal' image, Maybe he was just looking the wrong way ?
If i remember correctly wasnt Fozzie behind floyd to the left ?
Its a shame they couldnt have just moved that image of him.

Okay, DVDs to buy in August....
Chicago

Storyteller
And the money keeps rolling out....
Jennifer (a little annoyed at myself for giving up on release of Storyteller to DVD's and buying the video versions not too long ago...)
While on the subject of The Storyteller, which episode was Sean Bean on?

It just occurred to me - the release of the Storyteller on DVD is probably a good sign that my dream of having the Jim Henson Hour on DVD will never happen... Weren't many/most of the Storyteller episodes the 2nd half-hour of the JHH? By title alone, releasing half hour segments called the "Jim Henson Hour" is a problem...
Oh well, the dream was a long shot anyways... :(
Maybe we'll get a JHH and MT two-pack of cancelled Muppet TV Shows... ;)

Thanks for the link Animal! :D That looks great. I bet my dad would like it too. He was a fan of that show and we didn't get the channel it came on so he asked his brother (My uncle ;) LOL) to tape it. That was the one with episodes like "What is this?" "a sack" "well get in it!" "Hans My Hedgehog" right?
