Did anyone read the article in the Guardian about I Love the Muppets? The guy who wrote it said 'the guy who used to do Gonzo' was the voice of Yoda.

First-- used to do? I guess researching his article enough to discover that the Muppets have done a lot since TMS ended was too much for him (You'd think he would have at least seen an add for MCC or MFS or something, though). Second-- I didn't think there was anyone left in the Western Hemisphere who didn't know Frank Oz did Yoda.

Yes, I noticed quite a lot of scenes that were released in that HMV boxed set (6 videos with 36 uncut Muppet Shows). Most of the views behind the scenes were from the special "Of Muppets And Men" (isn't this special on the DVD?), and I think those were used because there simply hasn't been filmed much backstage on the Muppet Show.

I don't think I have a favorite but if I did it wouldn't be Muppets From Space or Muppets Take Manhatten. Well, Maybe. I like Treasure Island. Haven't seem Christmas Carel, Carel, Caral, How do you spell that??? since I was about 6 so I don't know about that one. The Muppet Capar is quite good, but I think Muppet Movie wins. I guess I shall have to wait to see the prequel Kermit's Swamp Years.

I had some Reduced Fat Ruffles just now. Not that I need 'em to be so light, but I tried 'em once, and I love 'em! The regular tastes too weird to me now. Anyway, Emmy's Essence (hey, that could be the dip name!) really adds so much to the experience...

Joggy is Emmy who is Joggy with Long Hair, but Joggy-Emmy is going to cut his hair with either scissors or an electric razor while Crazy Chris is running around crazily; Jackie has become someone on the side as Vice-Jackie, who used to be Byron, is creating Jackie Cola and Emmy Dip which is NOT low in calories and giving us all soggy bottoms, which happens to have been the name of Emmy-Joggy's manager. Dr. Tooth shows up and scares himself, and at the same time Jackie disappears!!

I once tried it out, and it took me 450 lick to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop. And then I tried it again, and it was well over a thousand. And I once asked Dave Goelz in a letter, and he said one crunch. So I don't know.
