WANTED: Disney Magazine with the MUPPETS!

hey all,

just wana know IF ANY has the old Disney Magazine from the 90's with the Muppets on the Disney Magazine cover or does it have Jim & Kermit?? ohhh well i don't remember all i know is that Its a Disney Magazine from the 90's and Muppets or Muppet on it! There are actually 2 magazines.
One features Jim and Kermit in front of the Disney-MGM Arch.
The other has the Muppets bursting through the cover.

there may be more, but these are the only 2 that I'm aware of.

I've seen them on eBay from time to time. The auctions aren't usually too bad. Also people tend to sell issues of the Disney Magazine in lots (like a group of issues in one auction).
