Heya everyone,
I've given it much though, and see... I wasn't brought up with cable, I don't have cable now. While everyone else was watching re-runs of the Muppet show on Nick, the only muppet exposure I had were the first three movies, Muppet babies... and the Jim Henson Hour.
I miss it so!
If anyone has the Jim Henson hour eps on tape or cd they can copy for me, or can send me internet files, please e-mail me! I have stuff to trade if you want.

If you're still lookin' for JHH...
Then might I suggest you contact MuppetDude. Made a deal with him recently, and I got all 12 episodes from him on VHS. The video's a bit fuzzy and dialogue doubles from time to time, but it's mostly good. Only thing missing is SS 20 Anniversary, but that one's coming from a deal I made with Justin.
So P&G, are there any characters I'm missing for the list from both Innertube and the 6-minute pitch promo video?
Contact me ASAP and we'll talk.

Oh dear. Well... there are times when the character who's speaking says their lines, and you hear it kind of doubled. Like for instance, Kermit's introducing the show and he says "No, it's a very good thing." But you kind of hear it twice at the same time. There are other instances like that throughout the JHH episodes, but it's nothing so serious that I wasn't able to enjoy them. And I did, and I thank you verily for the episodes man. Been recommending people to contact you and driving business your way. Hope that's not a problem, and have a good weekend.

I have an officially released Jim Henson Hour Monster Maker video tape and I have seen others around that are brand new. The only problem is they are in the PAL system so could be a problem if you live in the US. otherwise I'd be glad to help out.

I have 12 episodes of the Jim Henson Hour on tape for trading. But a couple of episodes have some flaws. The Storyteller episode, The Soldier and Death, has a weather test pattern interrupting it a couple of times. And one of the episodes starts out scratchy, but only for a second. If you want to do some trading, just let me nkow, okay?

Let you go Xerus? Well, hope you get some business.
Say, while you still have those 12 JHH episodes, if you could swing by the ML15 thread and help as best you can with the two batch of questions/requests. Appreciate whatever help you can give. Thanks, and have a good weekend.

He mispelled, "know", Count. :p
Also, Xerus was the one who sent me the Jim Henson Hour episodes.

Yeah, sorry for the little joke above. Sall good between us, I hope.
Hmm, you got the JHH from Xerus, MuppetDude? Well, no worries, it comes across mostly OK about 85% of the time. Little glitches here and there, they become noticeable when rewinding like when Gonzo wouldn't leave even though he was still there.
Hope you guys have success with your online dealings.

What do you mean?

Well, like I said before they're hard to describe in terms of when precisely they happen. But as an example...
Jim's introducing Kermit's portion of Science-Fiction and Kermit's line is "Yes, it's a very good thing, it's a subject that's very close to Digit here."
What happens is that slightly, at the beginning of Kermit's lines, you hear a sort of glitchy dialogue doubling so that you hear Kermit speaking twice the same words.
But it's not rully that big of a problem, the rest is quite good in terms of the auditive quality and I do indeed thank you for doing business with me.

It might be a tracking problem, though. I used a different VCR for those (and replaced it with a new one).
