In Muppet Treasure Isalnd....at the beggining theres a monkey who looks like Sal! did anyone ever relized this before while watching it and go "There's Sal!"?(I havent seen it in so long so watched it today and noticed it for the first time.)

Brian Henson did not do the Sal muppet in MTI because he said so in the commentary for the DVD.

Yes it was Jerry Nelson who voiced the monkey who then turned in to Sal the monkey...although you know Sal's not really a monkey! he does not have a tail! He's more of a Chimp or Orangatan, but I like the name Sal the Monkey better anyways;-) and hardly anyone say's Sal Manella...which is disgusting....LOL!
