Two Fraggle Horns?

Why were there two fraggle horns? A big long cone one and a smaller one. Really makes no sense. Do they explain this anywhere? This is as bad as Gobo looking different.

It could be for many reasons...Maybe one was for big meetings and one was for small meetings? ;) Or the small fraggle horn could be from the years they traveled the rock and never settled in one place and so they could not carry anything bigger and when they did they made the bigger one...
Or the horn could be magic stone that changes in size when it is around other magic instruments, like a certain pipe :).
