No, it is a poseable doll.
I've seen that before, its kinda small tho.
I have actually seen a custom made lifesize ALF puppet, one-off - from Germany i think. This was going years back - it was ok, bit too fat. I had pictures of it somewhere, not sure if i still have them.

Its completely irrelevent to your thread and sort of a hijack and you can return to your normal scheduled programming afterwards but...
I have a full length Alf talking doll which strangely has no voice box anymore and I've been thinking about adding some posable joints and things inside.... thought I'd say

I took an old doll from the 80's of ALF and made a puppet of him. The doll is constructed such that you can do that.
