Grammy-winning singer/songwriter/actor Jerry Reed died Monday from complications of emphysema. He was 71.
Some of Jerry's best-known songs include "Guitar Man," "U.S. Male" (both covered by Elvis), "A Thing Called Love" (covered by Johnny Cash), "Amos Moses" and "When You're Hot, You're Hot."
Although Jerry appeared in several movies and on many TV shows, his most well-known role is probably "Snowman" in the Smokey and the Bandit films.
