Wanted:Muppet Movie Soundtracks

I am basically looking for any of the soundtracks to the classic muppet movies. I was able to find the Muppet Movie soundtrack, but I need The Great Muppet Caper and The Muppets Take Manhattan. I also wouldn't mind having the Follow that Bird soundtrack. If anyone can help out in anyway, I'd appreciate it. :)
