To totally honset with you, I have no idea, I haven't been to a Disney store since like the late 90s, I really don't have an idea where one would be at, I guess you can always look at their websites.

I believe that they were only available at the upper-end Disney store. Disney 1928? Maybe? I know there is one in Downtown Disney in Anahiem. I had never seen them in the store , but thats what is on both tags.

There is an upper-end Disney store in Downtown Disney. I'm not sure if that's what it is called , I've only been in the store once. But on both tags, on Kermit and Animal it says Disney 1928.
