Muppet Declarations

Baby Scooter's idea sparked this 'un:

Someone posts the Declaration, the next post has to guess whose Declaration it is. If they are correct they get to post the next Declaration. If they are wrong, they have to write a speech for the character who was the correct answer explaining why the Declaration has happened (OUCH!).

The poster posts:

The Decree: "I hereby decree that nobody shall be allowed to build a street in the middle of the road."

Hello... Baby Scooter, please wait until the person who got the previous decree correct to post his entry. This will help ensure that everyone has a turn and the people playing this game can have fun doing so.

Additionally, we might have to include a time-out rule and charge someone who has a vested interest in this game with the authority to make sure people are playing by the rules and taking turns.
