anybosy have the desgin for the mech thats in rizzo and pepe i wanna try to make one for an idea

This is not those specific designs per se, but the Lady Fromage tutorial on the Puppet 101 blog explains how to build a very similar mouth mech. Hey Frog puppeteer,

I can show you its pretty easy once you see it. I have one where I used a spring to have the mouth return to close.

You can also check out nick barone's site he has a diagram for one.
