I believe he did. Those ducks sound like Will's familiar voice.

It's always hard to tell... I know people believe that Ringo Starr actually did the voices, but that can't be true, as Ringo was never listed as a part of the series' cast.
I believe they were merely supposed to sound like mimicks of him, like the Evil Snowman was supposed to sound like Sean Connery (and many people were lead to believe that he did do the voice), but he was actually voiced Paul Schoeffler, who also voiced Katz, Le Quack, Cajun Fox, Freaky Fred, Dr. Vindaloo, and a host of others.

I also remember a giant robot on that show who sounded a lot like Christopher Walken.

You mean Robot Randy? Where he's banished from his own planet because he doesn't want to destroy things like the other robots, so he lands on Earth and immediately enslaves Courage, Muriel, and Eustace? Yeah, he did sound a little like Chris Walken, didn't he?

Yes, that was the episode. All that Randy really wanted to do was carve wooden reindeer and make a wooden reindeer shop. But I don't know who really did Randy's voice though.

I didn't know Will Ryan voiced Didget. Cool, and to think I was just recently watching An American Tail on TV for the first time in years!
I believe he also voiced the Wooly Whatsit on The Adventures of Teddy Ruxpin.

Actually, Wooly was voiced by Pier Kohl Paquette.

SPORT GOOFY IN SOCCERMANIA: Scrooge McDuck, Gyro Gearloose, Beagle Boys
AH, so that's who it was. I prefered Alan Young's Scrooge. But then again, Will's version was a slightly different Scrooge, closer to the original comics. So it works.
And it's too bad about Gyro Gearloose in that special. He only had one line, and it was the only animated appearance the character got out side of Ducktales.

Yes, that Soccermania special didn't have any voice credits in the end. So I had to look them up in an animation book. And I was surprised that Will ended up voicing Scrooge while Alan Young did Scrooge in Mickey's Christmas Carol. And I thought Gyro sounded a lot like Rabbit when I heard him in that quick scene. But Russi Taylor voiced Huey, Dewey, and Louie just like in Ducktales. And Goofy was voiced by Tony Pope in that special, and it even featured sportscaster Chick Hearn.
Also in Soccermania, things looked a lot different from the later shown Ducktales. Scrooge had a butler named Jeeves instead of Duckworth and the Beagle Boys were all the same size and didn't have names.

Yeah, I hate that on the show, Marty Grabstein, Lionel Wilson, Arthur Anderson, and Thea White are really the only ones who are credited with the characters they supply their voices for, while everyone else is just "Addition Voices".
I do know the following, however...
Courage: Marty Grabstein
Muriel: Thea White
Eustace: Lionel Wilson (1999-2002), Arthur Anderson (2002)
Katz/Le Quack/Dr. Vindaloo/Cajun Fox/Freaky Fred/Snowman/Others: Paul Schoeffler
Shirley the Medium: Mary Testa
Ma: Billie Lou Watt
Computer: Simon Prebble
Baby Muriel: Kath Soucie
The Great Fusilli: Jim Cummings
Fran Brill: Fishonary, The Stitch Sisters
Fred Melamed: Magic Tree/Spirit of the Harvest Moon
Peter Fernandez: Benton Tarantella/Robot Randy
Ashley Albert: The Storm Goddess
Tim Chi Ly: Di Lung ("Watch where ya goin' ya foo!")
Arnold Stang: The Precious Wonderful Adorable Lovable Duckling/Alien Bacteria/Head Monk
All that's to the best of my knowledge.

Yes, it does seem like the Courage series uses a lot of veteran voice artists. The late Lionel Wilson also voiced the classic Tom Terrific cartoon series as well as narrators for HBO Braingames like the Safari Solitare announcer and Chuck Roast the Riddler. Billie Lou Watt did voices for classic black and white anime shows and was the voices of the original Astroboy and Astrogirl. And Arnold Stang was the original Top Cat And I believe Arnold also voices the little toe from that giant foot that tried to threaten Courage and Muriel.

And I believe Arnold also voices the little toe from that giant foot that tried to threaten Courage and Muriel.*Snaps finger* That's right, how could I forget him?
And creator John Dilworth did little cameo voice spots, like that mama banana who accused Courage of trying to eat her baby. Also did the voice of "Capt. John Dilworth" who was flying the plane Courage took to sew the hole in the O-Zone over the North Pole.
Oh, and did you know Marty Grabstein's real-life wife, Nancy, did the voice of that lady who jumps off the plane that bearing Courage and the annoying little Baby Muriel?

Oh yeah. It was like an alternate Universe of Ducktales. I think the boys even had different colored hats and shirts than they normally have, similar to older comic strips (One wears yellow instead of the normal color). It was on Youtube for a while (and it actually did have credits in there somewhere) but it may be gone.
