As of 10/21/2007, Kermit should be appearing during the last 30 minutes of Deal or No Deal during the next few episodes before the end of October. It should be either this Wed or Fri night, or the following Wed or Fri night. Sorry the information is more clear.
If anybody gets better information, please post it here!

I'm not a fan of Howie or these types of programs (that I feel exploit people for the sake of money) but if Kermit's on it I'll watch. I just think he deserves a classier outlet with better talent. :p
I will say the game has more of an inclusive quality than others. It's more about risk-taking and gambling strategy than trivia skill. I'd never make it past the first round of Jeopardy. :o
However, I do find it interesting that Disney has allowed the Muppets to appear on other networks. The frog has always been more of a free spirit. :)

Actually, I am a fan of Howie, but I HATE deal or no deal. I wish they'd really bring Booby's World back, not just the ramblings that Howie says might happen. i want to see Bobby's world again. At least in more DVD volumes.
I think this is great. kermit with the guy who was Baby Animal's VA for a season.

My parents love this show and dint tell me when this kind of stuff happens. I guess they figure I already know, LOL! But I will always keep an eye out for a muppet appearance! I don't really watch TV on Fridays anyway, LOL!

Don't forget, Howie was the VA for Baby Skeeter and Baby Bunsen that season, too. ;)
Speaking of which, I'm wondering if any of the cartoon Muppet Babies will make a cameo... it'd be great if they did, just like when Bobby made the cameo earlier this year. (And I'm going to guess that the contestant on the game in which Kermit is to make an appearance is a Muppet fan...)
I'd also like to see if the Fraggles can appear to offer back-stage passes to the Fraggle Rock movie for the contestant, too. :-)
And I won't forget to tape it! :excited:

I appreciate Disney for doing that. I'm just ready for them to give The Muppets a show on their own networks! Preferably ABC since I don't have cable.

Hee... Kermit came on as one of Danny's supporters... Talking him into taking or refusing the banker's offers. The first one, Danny says to Kermit if he wins over $200,000 then Kermit and Piggy have to go on a double date with him and Layla, one of the presentor models. Kermit then says if there's a chance Danny could go with Piggy and he could go with Layla, to which the model says "Deal!"
Kermit keeps opining that because the bigger money values are still in play each time, Danny should keep going, up to the offer from the banker for $201,000. The offer finally accepted is for $129,000, to which Kermit says Danny doesn't need to have a million dollars to make it in showbiz.
A good appearance, followed up by the frog showing up at Paula Dean's kitchen on the Food Network about an hour later.

I only saw the last part of the previous post, and I think Steve did a great job last night. It was great because the camera would go to Kermit and each time would be a different "expression". Talk about thinking on your feet fast. I also loved what he said to Danny. Wow to hear that from Kermit! Talk about power in words. So yeah even though it was such a brief appearance Steve made it worthwhile to keep watching.

Wha-huh? Steve? Is this a new appearance I don't know about? Just askin' cause the show Kermit was part of featured Danny Peccarello.
BTW: If you want to hear a samling (almost all) of Kermit from Deal or No Deal, then take a listen to Steve Swanson's Muppetcast Show #31.

That was definately a good moment for Kermit. I especially liked this line...
Kermit: How about you take Miss Piggy and I'll take Leyla.
I know what Miss Piggy's reaction to that would be...
HI-YAH!
