Can anybody offer some words of wisdom with regard to creating big ol' costume head versions of my puppets. They are going to be walking around at a parade her in acouple of weeks, and i have no idea how to go about it. I've heard of costumes like this having fan's inside so the guys don't die while they're taking pictures with 4 year olds. Is that something I should do? And what about eye holes. I could go with the black mesh moth, but I feel like that will force the head to be ridiculously large. Any ideas, expert advice, etc.?

having a black mesh mouth won't make your head any bigger, you just have to know where you want the performers head within the costume.
