I'm posting this as a new thread so it gets noticed. The mods can re-file it if they like.
Just wanna ask, has anyone heard ANYTHING new and/or recent concerning the rumored fraggle movie? Is it even happening? Does anyone know if there's at least a room somewhere with top secret fraggle movie info behind it. Is there a grown-up I could ask? :smirk:

I think its only as far as the actual idea of doing it, they are obviously looking for a deal for it i guess. So whether its happening or not would depend on if they can get a deal.

It's a relatively minor point I'm making here, but presuming the Jim Henson Company Proper in part or in whole makes this (which seeing how they have full rights to the show seems logical), do you suppose they'd still be able to use the Kermit-on-the-crane-shot logo for the company ID at the beginning of the film, (presumably just the regular version without the crane drop joke)or is that ident now property of the WDC as well?
All images of Kermit will belong to Diz now. The Jim Henson Company logos have changed.

Well, I'm sure Jerry Juhl's death through a wrench into things... Exactly how earth-shattering it was as far as the movie is concerned I'm not sure. Bottum line, I'm not sure. Gee, I guess I wasn't that much help here...

In a way, I think Mr. Juhl's departure may be a good thing for the fraggle movie. Ya see, now he and Jim can umm... work things from " behind the curtain ". Besides, how else are the writers gonna be able to come up with a script the top " Change of Address " without a little other-worldly influence & inspiration? Unless maybe if the writers are Scientologists, then they should be able to write anything and it should be great. :smirk: :excited:
