Fraggle Rock did come out on CD back in '94 I don't remeber the excat title. I think it was Fraggle Rock Music and Magic. It was 22 of the most poplure FR songs, and it was digitially remastered which was something special back then.

That would be cool. Wonder where we could get a copy of it.

" Music And Magic ". I went to Media Play just wondering if they had a fraggle CD in the kids section. It was total coincidence that that one had just came out. That's when I found out they were releasing a new series of VHS tapes. Back in 1993, I didn't have an Internet to get all my fraggle info from. Ah progress...:smirk:

I can't believe how much that CD goes for on eBay now. I think I've seen it sell for over $175.00 once. :excited:

yes but wouldn't be nice to have the whole season 1 or 2 on CD so you wouldn't have to go looking any more.

Oh wow Nick, you're so lucky! I think I've seen it on Amazon, never looked at the price though? It may have been out of stock though, and I hadn't noticed? Is it out of print?

It is out of print now. Some one was selling a copy via Amazon ( dunno if it's still there ) but at one point, they were asking $199.00 for it. :smirk: :excited:

Of course. I'd love to have ALL of the music from Fraggle Rock on CD, not just the songs. It's doubtful that anyone would ever compile such a collection but I tells ya, I'd buy a copy or two. :smirk:

I have the CD also. Its really good, but I too would love full season soundtracks. I thought of this whe season one was being released. I sent an e-mail to Hit asking if they could put the cd in with the DVD's as an extra for all the seasons. They said they wouldn't do that cause soundtracks are such a big market as them selves or something along those lines. But I wouls still pay for them! Lets get them! Like one Fraggle on the cover for every season.
Season 1: Gobo
Season 2: Mokey
Season 3: Wembley
Season 4: Boober
Season 5: Red

I understand where you're all coming from, I really do. I would love for official CDs to be released for each season of Fraggle Rock. But, I do have all of the music from every episode up on my website for download plus a few extra songs... here (http://www.mystacor.com/fragglesongs/).

On Amazon I thought it was $199.99 (!) but the last time I looked it was 'currently unavailable'. Y'know FraggleRocker.com have rully good quality downloads, why don't ya look there?

It's a great site, but I think fans would like CD-perfect audio without the dialouge from the episodes.

Or at least I know I would.

I would kill for a Fraggle CD...even if it was just a re-release of the 1993 "Music And Magic" CD (I'm not gonna pay hundreds of dollars for one on eBay). I wanna plunk down some hard earned cash for high quality Fraggle music...hear that Henson, I want to give you my money for something that would be so easy for you to do! Come one HIT and Henson make this happen. Heck I'd even buy them off iTunes (or the likes) if they didn't want to press discs but still wanted to sell the music to us.
