Fran began working with the Muppets in 1970 on The Great Santa Claus Switch and has performed many favorite female Muppets over the years, especially on Sesame Street.

Henson had a workshop the summer before "Switch" for new puppeteers. That is how Fran Brill and Richard Hunt began to get involved with Henson around that time.
