As far as I know, the Shirley Bassey episode features a speaking appearance by Lips the trumpet player.

Well he does let out a bit of a cry as he falls down a trapdoor during the closing number of the Hal Lyndon episode.
I know that isn't strictly a "speaking" role, but it is one of the few times on TMS when we get to hear the sound of his voice technically.
