I was looking at the new Sababa Fraggle plushies and I got a view of Boober from a side angle and thought without a hat he looks kind of like Kermit with fur. Does anyone know if the Fraggles were made with a similar design in mind to Kermit?

Looks more like Scooter to me. I think someone had a pattern for a stuffed Scooter somewhere.

internally , compared to kermit , fraggles are more complex, foam heads, and bodies, kemmit has no foam in his head, and more complex mouth palletes and things like that .

but i do feel that the basic shapes of both kermit and the fraggles make for great puppets , because they allow for a huge range of expressions, almost all of which come from the puppeteers hand shape, with out a need for alot of mechanical add ons(yes i know some fraggles had blinks and things)
