That is one great collectable. What I would give for that. I have been watching that seller over the last few weeks and he has listed some amazing items, what a collection he must have had. I am trying to extend my small collection of pelham puppets, but its hard on ebay cos someone always seems to outbid me. I do have the animal pelham puppet that I got last year but I know that one isnt very rare.
I'm sure he will be looked after, if it goes for that price I would think only a true collector would buy it.

Pelham is a British toy company that specialised in string (marionette) puppets made mainly for children but also produced some for collectors. They produced their own characters as well as likenesses of cartoon characters etc. They are highly collectable these days.

That seller has some amazing stuff, what I would have given to have his collection. I do have the animal pelham puppet though but I know thats not as rare as rowlf.
