Has anyone tried glueing material to Styrofoam?

I am attempting to make a moving mouth puppet completely out of styrofoam. I going to try coming up with a way to make a mouthplate for it and I have a couple ideas on how to attach it. Has anyone tried this and you have, what adhesive worked best with plastic or fabric if I cover my mouthpiece?

You should make the styrofoam hard first with foam coat

This acts as a glue as well.......I've used it, it is GREAT stuff!
and fun too.......but yea....contact cement will help with the fabrics but may melt the styrofoam if you dont harden it first
