I couldn't spell out the whole question in the thread title, but basically what I'm asking is whether or not you would've liked there to have been more FR episodes centered around secondary Fraggle characters, such as Feeny, Large Marvin, Tosh, Lou, and Marlon. The only one I can think of is "The Trial of Cotterpin Doozer", which features Feeny and Large Marvin. Of course, they were played by Jerry Nelson and Dave Goelz, four shoulders you can definitely rest an episode on.

What's your take on it?

Who played who on that episode? I loved that episode. It was one I remember back in the day watching on Disney and TNT. But I thought Richard played Large Marvin. Thats why I think that Richard should of had main characters.

I, personally, would have liked to have seen an episode centred on the history of the Minstrels. More of maybe how Cantus got his calling to be a Minstrel, more on exactly how he was gifted with his magick pipe and assembled the others following the same calling. That would have been great to see. There's just so much about them that we don't know and perhaps that was done on purpose, but it still would make for an interesting episode.

Dave was Large Marvin and Jerry was Feeny.

when i initially saw and remembered any episodes not dealing with the 5 fraggles, i remember not liking them as much. but after watching Trial again, i thought that episode was hilarious. but i don't like for the most part episodes that focus on one group other than the fraggles...i like the ones where they might all interact with one another...but like the doozer specific episodes, or young matt (my least favorite episode is born to wander) i just don't enjoy as much. but that's just my opinion
