As of 4:00pm on August 24th, "Fraggle Rock: Complete First Season" ranks at #43 and is climbing. I'm sure by September 6th (when it actually is released) it will be much higher! "The Muppet Show - Season 1" is sinking now (ranking in at #10 now), but remember it was #1 during the week when it was released.

Remember this, also: at www.tvshowsondvd.com, FR was for the longest time actually ranked HIGHER on the list of wanted TV shows than TMS (it might still be).

But did y'all see what some guy did?? He bought it expecting the CD-Rom, which didn't come with it, and though he claims to love the set, he only gave it 2 stars!! It's not the show's fault the CD-Rom wasn't with it! So now because of him it's gone from a full, "excellent" 5-star rating to a "really good with just one flaw" 4-star rating...grrrrrr...:mad:

It's at number 60 now. It isn't looking so good for a season two set, is it? (I honestly don't know how this list will convince HIT for more season sets; how high should it get to get HIT's attention for more DVDs?)

When you're in the Top 60 out of hundreds and hundreds of DVDs out there, I don't think that's so bad.

And hey, this is only Amazon...hopefully all the "sell-outs" at retail stores will report great numbers! :D

i seriously don't trust that list anyway...i mean, have you seen some of the titles that are ahead of it??? that Barbie dvd? and yes, i agree...this is just amazon. i mean, half the people that have bought the set got it from elsewhere...i know i did. so it would be interesting to see a TOTAL count of how much has sold so far. not just amazon. and i REALLY want season 2. like...tomorrow. lol. guess i'll just have to watch vhs. ewwww vhs. what's that? ;-)
