Which episodes of "The Muppet Show" did Crazy Harry appear in? What scenes was he in and what did he do?

The ones that I know of are:

Just a few things to add here. Crazy Harry appeared in the opening of the Bob Hope episode where Gonzo was about to blow the trumpet and Harry blew him out of the 'O.' (This has also been used as an alternate opening for season one eps) I also heard that in two eps of the original season 1 opening credits when Gonzo is about to hit the 'O' with a mallet, Harry shows up to cause an explosion.

I remember when the TNT channel first came out, Muppet Show and Fraggle Rock reruns aired on that station. And Crazy Harry was kind of the mascot on there, always blowing up the TNT logo.

according to the Kermitage Collectables Guide, a Crazy harry doll was planned to be made and given (or sold) to TNT employees, but only the head was made (and the eyes were never made). Could this reason be why a Crazy harry doll was planned?
