HPDJ's idea:

Here's how it works:

Pick ANY Muppets (or Henson Characters) and drop them into roles in a popular movie title (new or old or classic) but NOT in Muppet Movies. So we aren't leaving any possibilities out, we will also be allowed to use book titles of popular books, and popular TV shows.

In the examples given, HPDJ offered the suggestion that one person posts the title and characters, and the player follows up by filling in the Muppets to play those characters, then offers up the next title and characters.

Well... Mega Man is one of the more popular video game franchises, started on the ol' NES and has branched out to all the platforms with a variety of sub-franchises.

Was setting up the cast for the first game.
Dr. Light is the good kindly scientist with white hair and beard.
Dr. Wily is the master bad guy scientist, and it makes sense that whichever Muppet's cast for that role should also be cast for his android, since it's a robot replica of the original human villain.

The main cast, or Robot Masters, are all named after their main attribute.
Mega Man is the main good guy, with a blue titanium uniform. He basically adopts the weapons or attributes gained from the others.
Roll, is his cybernetic sister, so I don't think that role should be for Pepe the King Prawn. She's kind of like a sidekick, but can also fight on her own in the Battle Network franchise of games.
Cut Man has a pair of scissors attached to his head/helmet.
Guts Man is the big guy in the rocky mountain area who's strong enough to hurl stone blocks.
Ice Man looks like an Eskimo cause he lives in the frozen region.
Bomb Man, a perfect fit for Crazy Harry.
Fire Man has his head converted into a torch-lit urn. He also hurls rings of fireballs at you.
Elec Man is the master of electricity, his mask looks like a boomerang with rounded and slanted ends. He fires off a four-directional wave of electricity.

Rizzo and Rats for the Hardhats is a choice I like.
The Big Eye is this big eye mounted on a stomper that hops around looking to squash you.
