This thread is dedicated to the trivia game-type questions in which you all post a question, and whoever answers it correctly gets to ask the next question. However, if you answer incorrectly and still post the next question you lose points (whatever that means), or IF you are unsure if you have the correct answer, do NOT ask the next question until the answer is posted.
The questions can be about anything created by Jim Henson, The Jim Henson Company, The Jim Henson Creature Shop, all movies, cartoons, records, books, comics, TV shows...everything associated with Jim Henson is fair game.
And you MUST know the answer to your own questions!
So, first question up:
Thog had a brother, found in The Great Santa Claus Switch. What was Thog's brother's name?

[Drew Carey] That's right, the point's matter about as much as whoever happens to be playing the hecklers today! [/Drew Carey]

TRUE OR FAULSE-MTM was nominated for an Oscar?
Hey! I thought it was my turn to ask a question.
Oh, well. That's alright. I couldn't think of anything to ask anyway.
So in answer to your question, I'll say 'true.'

Warner Studios
The Count
05-19-2005, 11:42 AM
Well... yes.
Though to be accurate, it was Warner Brothers Inc., now known as Warner Studios. The reason is, that you saw an animated Big Bird at the beginning of the movie at the base of a water tower inflating a letter W and B, saying "This movie is brought to you by the letters W and B", which then floated upwards to form the Warner Brothers iconic shield logo.
So, Kimp, your turn to ask away.
Beauregard

What was the name of the musical that Rick Moranis was trying to get on the bill in his episode of Muppets Tonight?
Harvey Towers

Was that the "Bats" episode or was that someone else?
That Announcer

No, Jason Alexander was the "Bats" episode, and I considered that for a question too. This was Rick Moranis of "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids" fame.

Close. These are the ones I remember...
Elmo, Oscar, The Count, Zoe. I think Big Bird was on too and possibly Grover.
