Skeksis head prototype anyone?

I saw this prototype of a Skesis head on eBay. It's signed by Frank Oz, Jim Henson and Gary Kurtz. Check out the Star Wars items this seller has aswell.

It says the Skelsis head is a belt buckle. Odd.
