Dr. Teeth: <33 *smiles and kisses her on the cheek*

Zoot: *sighs and hands him both*

Lips: *looks up* Should I draw it in detail or not?

Lips: *a few more minutes pass before Lips finally puts down the pencil* Done.

Dr. Teeth: G'night, baby. <33 *kisses her on the cheek one last time and disappears back to Room 17* *attempting to sneak past Zoot and Lips in the shadows*

Lips: *shows Zoot the picture of what he remembered seeing before he passed out-- which was pretty much right before the two in the picture stopped to take a breath. It's also pretty detailed--it even includes the background of the garden*

Caitlyn: Good night... <33 *lays awake on her bed for a while, in pure bliss*

Dr. Teeth: *accidently walks into a table* X_X Oh, da--

Zoot: *glances over at the keyboardist in confusion*

Lips: ... either it was a dream or I blacked out right after this part. *looks at the picture* Because I have a pretty good memory of this!

Zoot: Judging from the way the good doctor was trying to slip past us just now-- *shakes his head* We'll deal with this in the morning...or rather...later today... *falls back asleep*

Dr. Teeth: *leaning against the door for a moment and sighing dreamily* *goes to bed*

Marvin: *passes by on his way out*

Caitlyn: *speaking like Janice* And, it's like... rully, y'know? *sighs dreamily*

Marvin: *stops to catch that part of the "conversation", then keeps on moving*

Lips: It's been like, what, 16 or 18 years since I officially worked with you guys.

Zoot: I know. That's like almost 2 decades. =/

Lips: Yeah. The last time I worked with you guys was on the Christmas carol thing... and that was about a year before Caitlyn was born!

Caitlyn: *to Ailie* >_> *smiles sweetly a Dr. Teeth*

Zoot: That was a year after Ailie escaped--I mean, was born. XP

Dr. Teeth: *smiles back*

Ailie: *crosses her eyes* Nyaaaaa...

Lips: And Caitlyn told me that she watched some Muppet Babies videos when she was younger. She also watched "Sesame Street" and played a little game based off of that with her grandmother...

Caitlyn: Uh, Ailie? Can Dr. Teeth and I speak to each other... alone?

Zoot: Same with Ailie. She also used to watch The Muppet Show on Nickelodeon back in the 90s. *sighs* She was so well behaved in those days...

Ailie: NYA! *steals his hat* *to Dr. Teeth, in a dorky voice* Yesh, Ailieh, I can' hear mahself kiss when yer around... =P

Lips: Wha really got Caitlyn interested in the actual Muppets... well, she was at a birthday party with her mom and little brother. It was at this play place--she said that it was kind of fun. Anyway, there was music being played over the speaker system. Like you probably know, Caitlyn has Asperger's Syndrome and has a hard time tuning one thing out--she takes everything in. But that's besides the point--the other kidsweren't listening to it. Anyway, a song was playing, and Caitlyn could hardly make it out. It turns out that the song was Kermit singing "The Rainbow Connection". Sometime after that, she bought "The Muppet Movie", and the rest is history.

Caitlyn: Knock it off! *takes the hat away from her*

Zoot: Awww. =) With Ailie, she's just always been a big fan--there was a time, though, during middle school when she thought she had grown out of them and started liking "more mature" things. Then, after 8th grade, her parents got divorced and she was feeling really down one day and pulled out Muppet Treasure Island and it cheered up so much that she got back into the fandom--with a vengence. XD

Ailie: *tries to bite it out of her hands*

Dr. Teeth: Ailie... *takes out a picture of Johnny Depp and launches it over the grass* Fetch!

Ailie: O_O *scurries away*

Lips: Yeah... I guess that's why I... *smiles a little bit* I guess that's why I fell for her in the first place.

Caitlyn: Uh... I play the baritone, remember? And even if I had one on me right now, there's now that many songs with a piano and baritone written for-- actually, there is no songs whatsoever that I can think of that includes a baritone player in a rock band.

Zoot: Me too...

Dr. Teeth: Good point...but hey, ya can sing, can't ya? I've hear ya, sugah and ya've got a fine set of pipes--

Caitlyn: *swaying to the music* *looks at the Muppaphone* ... *does a double-take and lets out a quick yelp of surprise* Oh my gosh, I wasn't expecting this!

"Yorick": *moves towards her*

Caitlyn: *moves away from him in the direction of the door* Your joys, your woes, your highs your lows

Lips: Maybe if I lie down on a bed with a lot of pillows for head support. I think that'd help.

Zoot: Yeah, that'd probably be better than what I'm doing. *takes him back inside to his dorm* You can rest on my bed, man. *smiles weakly and pulls out a few extra pillows and puts his sax away* D'you want something to drink or anything?

Lips: *arranging the pillows* I don't know. Maybe. *lies down on the bed*

Zoot: Okay. I'll be right back. *gets a glass of water and couple of headache pills for him* Anything else? It's really no trouble...and look, you can still see the moon from in here. *opens up the curtains*

Lips: *lgazes at the moon* Wow... Zoot, thank you for your hospitality. You're one of the best friends a guy like me could have. *starts to take the headache pills/drink some water*

Zoot: *smiles and sits at the edge of the bed* Aw, don't mention it, man. Besides, I owe it to you after being such a snot these past four or five months.

Lips: *still looking at that amazing moon* Probably. I might've met him through that one jazz club that I was at before I joined the show.

Zoot: *smiling* Yeah, Floyd's one groovy cat. *sighing* I can't remember the last time the moon looked this beautiful...

Zoot: I can't really explain but did you ever have that feeling that things aren't so bad as they seem? Well, I guess it kind of makes me feel optimistic...the moon and how beautiful it looks. *pauses* I mean, anything could happen. The band could have a new gig, Chamberlain could fall in an endless vortex and disappear forever... *lowers his voice* ...I could have another shot at romance...

Lips: I could be officially part of the band again, you and I could win the lottery... *lowers voice* I could probably see Trumpet Girl again...

Zoot: The possibilities are endless. Maybe I'm just looking into this too deeply but it doesn't matter. It's lifting the spirits in here. =) *gazes at Lips in surprise* You miss her, don't you? *lowering his sunglasses so that their eyes meet*

Lips: Well... ee were good friends for a while... Then we started dating... Then there was the whole Nigel thing in between and during all of that. ... *sighs* Yeah. I miss her...

Zoot: *feeling his heart break a little* Aw... <33 *scowls at the mention of the conductor* Man, Nigel was such a square...at least he wasn't the permanent host, though. *glances back at the moon silently*

Lips: It was like he had some kiind of hold over the show. *loooks at the moon as well* ... You know, after my experience with him and then watching the pilot on DVD, I say that the one room that he appeared in was the control room for his secret organization. And Sam was Vice-President. Poor Floyd was probably under that... thing's mind control.

Zoot: *nods* He's probably not doing anything now, though. Kind of weird how he never came crawling back. *sighs* You know what...? I bet Trumpet Girl misses you too...and I bet she's staring at the same moon right now and wondering if you're thinking about her. She should be. She had a great guy she was going with and maybe someday that'll pick up again. =) In fact, I bet while she's looking at it, she's thinking--how beautiful it is and how-- *stammers a little* --and h-how it doesn't look like you, Lips. Um... Cait & Ailie? (That sounds like an old sitcom from the 80's)... Could you gals please tone things down a little? I'm glad you find the dorms a great place to hang out and everything. But I'm not liking that this is taking on MopFam (Moppet Family) multiple page posting aspects which results in thre to four or more backpages of posts that others miss out on, either attempting to catch up while the activity keeps flaring in the present posts or simply disregard it and post as if this activity were a mere afterthought. Rully just trying to seek a balance between everybody here. Maybe you could have a thread of your own for all these sitcomish shenanigans? Just a suggestion. At any rate, I'd appreciate it if you took this under consideration.
