Me: Well Robin it'll start shortly, don't worry. And if you want, we can head over to the stadium early.
Robin: Yeah! That sounds great!
Me: Okay, we'll head over in a bit after we round up the others.
*Meanwhile at the football field*
Clifford: Okay team, we gotta make sure we're top-notch when we play the Top Cats tonight.
Gonzo: I'm always on the top notch.
Clifford: We're not talkin' stunts Gonz.
Ernie: That's right, we're talking english! Hehehe!

Kim: Oh, come off it. The Cold-Eeze and all the water I'm drinking are taking care of my cold just fine.
Tosh: So what're we doing tonight, Kim?
Kim: The same thing we do every night, Pinky.

Kim: ...never mind. I thought we'd stay in and watch a movie.
Betty Lou: *reading the VHS case* "Poltergeist"? Um, aren't most of us in here a little young to be watching that?
Kim: *chuckles* Not that "Poltergeist", Betty Lou. This is a documentary, about real ghosts. I thought since it's October, we should watch something spooky.
Boober: *starting to shake* Real g-ghosts?
Kim: Don't worry. *sighs* If you guys get too scared, I'll turn it off.
Tosh: Okay, we'll give it a chance.
Kim: Great! *puts the tape in the VCR*
Tosh: Oh, and Kim?
Kim: Yeah?

Piggy: So! Vous are Canadian? Moi could never visit up there.
Leyla: <giggling> Too cold?
Piggy: Too rustic. After that conversation with Mr. Denver some years ago, I knew moi was not meant for such things.
Kermit: <wryly> She was meant for the finest things, or so she keeps telling me.
Piggy: You got that right, bub!
Leyla: She was meant for you, Kermit.
<Kermit chokes on his pop (or soda, for you Yanks) Piggy looks surprised, but recovers, smiling gleefully>
Piggy:Well, we agree on something! Isn't that right, Kermie?
Kermit: <continues trying to recover his breath>
Leyla: <blush> Whoops. Sorry, just slipped out.
Fozzie: The truth will out. Isn't that a saying?
Leyla: <grinning> Yup! <eyes Kermit and Piggy eyeing eachother> Takes awhile sometimes, though. Now... can somebody tell me what those giant sticks coming out of the ground are for?

Gonzo: That didn't stop us, we're still here.
Me: Don't remind me...
Clifford: Heh, least we won the game. But not by very much a quick touchdown at the end sealin' the score 13-7.
Ernie: Yup! All thanks to a great catch by Herry!
Rowlf: Hey Ernie, what are you still doing up? Shouldn't you Sesame Street Muppets be in bed by now?
Me: Shouldn't we ALL be in bed by now?
Uncle Deadly: Well Robin and Bert are, that's two down, and how many do we have left? Eight?
Me: *shrug* You roomed with the Count for so long I figured you'd keep up on the counting...
Chef: Ooh ya ya!
Camilla: Bagawk! Buck byuck bagaw!
Me: Sheesh, now it's TWO languages I don't understand...Let's go to bed before I crack...More.

Fozzie: I... guess we should have said something instead of encouraging her... oh dear.
Bry: (Being dropped off in front of the Dorms) Thanks. Bye! (waves as car drives away) Hi, Luna! (Looks up at the bright full moon.)
Luna: Hello, Bryan. Long time, no talk.
Bry: Yeah, I know.
Luna: I noticed you were just getting dropped off.
Bry: Yeah...well, it's a good thing we were able to take my friend's car to drive up to San Francisco. Though, now I have to figure out getting my own car fixed again after it got hit just before I left last Wednesday.
Luna: How was San Francisco?
Bry: Wonderful! We had a blast!
Luna: So, who was the "friend" who dropped you off?
Bry: Oh, that's my girlfriend. We've talked about her before, haven't we? Anyway...we had a lot of fun. We did a bike ride, on one of those bicycle-built-for-two's, across the Golden Gate Bridge all the way to the other side of the bay, and we also did a bay cruise at sunset, and lots of other fun things.
Luna: San Francisco certainly is a romantic city.
Bry: Yeah...I'd love to chat more about it, but I'm so exhausted from the drive. Seven hours, ya know. That doesn't sound like that much, but it is.'
Luna: I believe you.
Bry: How were things here at the Dorms? My roomies okay?
Luna: Just fine. Everyone is fine. Ally just had a birthday.
Bry: I heard. I got her a present from my trip that I'll give to her tomorrow. Also look forward to seeing my roomies again tomorrow. Well, goodnight, Luna.
Luna: Aren't you forgetting something?
Bry: Oh yeah...would you like to say the Number and Letter of the Day?

<Melissa and Brian (TSD) sit at the window staring at the lightening and rain filling the air and listening to the overwhelming thunder. Sprokect cowers underneath a blanket in his bed.>
Melissa: It's a shame we can't all enjoy the thunderstorms. I think I'll close the window now and give Sprocket some rest as I go update The Great Desire.
Ernie: Hey, Bryan, you sure missed a great game last week. And a great party.
Bry: Was it a bottlecap party?
Bert: Huh?
Bry: When I came in last night, I noticed bottlecaps all over the floor. And I thought Ernie was the messy one, Bert.
Bert: I didn't do that! Ernie!
Ernie: You see, Ally's birthday party was this weekend and Ryan had forgotten to bring the present, so Bert voluteered to donate his bottlecap collection.
Bert: I...I volunteered?!
Bry: Really? Well, that was very generous of you. And why are all the bottlecaps still on the floor?
Ernie: Ryan found the real present.
Bry: Uh huh...Ernie, would you please help Bert clean up this mess?
Ernie: (realizing he's been defeated) Sure thing, Bryan.
Bert: Be careful! They're sorted alphabetically by soda brand.
Telly: Did you say you brought us back some souveneirs, Bryan?
Bry: I sure did! (reaches into a bag and pulls out 4 small trolly cars.) Here you go! One for each of you.

Ernie: Hey, that's pretty neat. Isn't it, Bert?
Bert: Yeah.
Big Bird: It reminds me of Mister Rogers' trolly.
Bry: Glad you like them. (Holds up a wrapped box) Also have one here for Ally along with a box of Ghirardelli chocolates. Hope she likes it. Got it straight from the factory there at the Square.

Telly: Did they have any triangles in San Francisco?
Bry: (Laughing) You silly monster! Do me a favor and take this to Ally's room.
Telly: Okay! (Telly delivers Ally her birthday present)
Bry: The Count's birthday is tomorrow.

Bry: I dunno, but I'm sure we'll here something from Ed about that soon.

Hi guys... As you may have surmissed... My roomie's birthday is today. There'll be a party in the evening hours... Dunno how much I'll be here in person though. I'm entrusting the details and everything to Bryan and Kyle or Ryan.
Think he has a few things he's been wanting as presents, will ask him later and let you guys know. Of course, I'm sure that the thought of you guys having the party for him will be enough to put a smile on that counter's countenance.

Fozzie: Oh! Are you okay?
Kermit: <taking charge> Okay, okay, just back up everyone, give her some room. <Leyla groggily sits up> Are you alright? Did you hit your head?
Leyla: <slowly> I'm... I'm supposed to be surrounded by muppets right now, right?
Kermit: Yup.
Leyla: Then... I'm okay. Um... good morning!
Hilda: Technically dear, it's afternoon. And don't blush about the fall. I can't tell you how often I would wake up shocked that I was associated with all these weirdo's.
Piggy: Moi knows exactly how you feel!
<Hilda gives her a long look.>
Hilda: Yes.
Kermit: That feeling does pass eventually, though.... I think. I'm still kind of waiting.
Leyla: Oh, well, it wasn't so much being associated with weirdos as finding them all staring at me. I do spend a fair amount of time with Lisa, and Prawnie and Beau and Ru ...so, you know... I'm really okay with weirdos.
Hmm... that didn't quite come out the way I meant it. So... why were you staring at me?
Hilda: <dryly> We were staring because there was this weird girl in a hammock sleeping into the afternoon.
Piggy: And I want pancakes. <She yawns dramatically>
Kermit: You must be tired. You slept right through Gonzo's visit. It's the Count's birthday today.
Leyla: Oh! That's lovely. We'll have to go out and get him something... or lots of something so he can count them.
Piggy: After the pancakes.
Leyla: <also yawning> Of course! He can drop by and count those too if he likes.
Fozzie: Leyla, why are so you tired today?
Leyla: Oh, didn't Piggy tell you?
Fozzie: No.
Kermit: Does she ever tell us anything?
Piggy: Watch it, frog!
Leyla: Oh, c'mon now, none of that. Keep me a happy Leyla will you, it was a rough night, as I told Piggy when I came home at 2AM last night.
Kermit: What were you doing up that late, Piggy?
Piggy: Oh... um, nothing Kermie... just a bit of insomnia, that's all.
Leyla: She was missing Catherine, Kermit. We had a nice chat-
Piggy <quickly> Don't tell her moi missed her! <deliberately calm> It will just go straight to her head.
Kermit: I miss her too, Piggy.
Fozzie: Yeah, me too.
Leyla: I'm sure she misses all of you. I miss her and Lisa, and all my travelling real life friends. It's been so quiet, despite the holiday.
Piggy: <happily> I liked celebrating Canadian Thanksgiving. Imagine. Two Thanksgiving's this year. Why you celebrate it so early is beyond moi though. Crazy.
Leyla: <giggles> Yes, well, if we waited until November like they do in America, we would be far too cold to be thankful. Personally, I'm just thankful to be home from the hospital.
Kermit: Hospital? Oh no, what happened?
Piggy: Don't panic. She's fine. Moi would have woken you all up last night if she wasn't.
Leyla: It wasn't for me, Kermit. My friend called me from her cell phone thinking she had broken her toe at the end of a very unpleasant evening. So I met her at the hospital while they put a cast on, just to keep her calm. I babbled a lot of strange hospital stories to her at lightning speeding. Rambling to make her feel better... sort of like the way I write.
Kermit: <frowning> I've been meaning to talk to you about that.
Piggy: Oh, Kermie, you can't object to her writing, surely! We live with Catherine after all!
Kermit: Well, I don't exactly object to the um... <he looks at Piggy and blushes> but she knocked you over the head and I'm way too far away to do anything, and she hasn't updated in forever!
Piggy: Yeah, that's right! You did! and you haven't!
Leyla: Whoa, easy now. I've been writing; I really have, but it's been busy, and mostly I've been working on some future stories.
Fozzie: So... um... like Pigs in Space? That kind of future? Or like where Gonzo leaves us to go in to space to save his family and there's this big battle with this scary guy and we all got chained together and almost went into a pit and Robin was-
Kermit: <alarmed> What about Robin?
Fozzie: Nothing!
Leyla: No, no, not that kind of future story, dear. I meant upcoming, but I will try to get something up for "Something" soon.
Kermit: <perplexed> Something up for something?
Leyla: Yeah.... lousy title. what was I thinking?
Piggy: I'm not getting any younger over here waiting for these pancakes! <quickly> Nor am I getting older. I'm staying exactly the same!
Kermit: Yup. Perfect, as usual, honey... um...
Piggy: <delightlly moving towards him> Why thank you Kermie!
Hilda: She's not getting any slimmer either.
Piggy: <instantly distracted from Kermit> What did she say?!
Leyla: Hilda! I told you to be nice! No, PIggy! Dont-
Piggy: Hiii-ya! <Hilda dodges and Piggy hits a lamp which instantly becomes an ex-lamp>
Leyla: Oh dear. Hilda, you are SO grounded.
Piggy: Oh, I'm sorry about the lamp.
Leyla: That's alright. It was an ugly lamp anyway.
Piggy: Well, moi didn't want to say anything but-
Kermit <hastily> So... who wants pancakes, huh?
Bry: Alright, gang! Time to head out to find a gift for Count's birthday!

*Arriving back at dorms. OK guys, I'll be down here in my room working on that paper.
(The party plans for this evening are up to Bryan and Kyle or Ryan as I said earlier).
Count: You know... Vonder vhat to get myself for my birthday. Have had my eye on some of those numbered batty beauty dolls/figurines at the toy shop. Then again, there are a great number of many other things I could pick out as a gift. Some creepy plush animals or a new counting case for all the fanfictional tales in the library... Oh, I'm positively pleased counting the possibilities of vhat I could get myself for my birthday. Think I'll just go and vatch some telewision vhile Ed vorks in our room.
*The Count leaves to watch TV in the downstairs common room.
(at the shopping center)
Bry: Hmm...wonder if any of the other guys have ideas of what to do for The Count. Maybe I'll call up Ryan and ask him if he can get things set up at the dorms while I pick up the food.
Big Bird: Hoots should be over there a bit later.
Telly: Yeah, he would know what to do.
Bry: Yeah...After we're done shopping here, we'll get back to the dorms to do some decorating.

Me: *decorating for The Count's b-day* Alright Uncle D., hang those paper bats up there on the ceiling, you need a ladder?
Uncle DeadlY: Ah, no, I have a better idea. *whistles and some of The Count's bats fly up and hang the decorations* How's that look my fiend?
Me: Great Uncle D. Good idea. Hey Rowlf, how're the refreshments coming along?
Rowlf: They just ran out.
Me: Rowlf, the party hasn't even started yet, who ate it all?
Rowlf: Nobody did, the Chef was trying to cook the talking vegetables again.
Robin: But don't worry Ryan, I aked Gonzo and Camilla to go out and get some chips and stuff.
Me: That's supposed to make me not worry?
Robin: Well...Um...Maybe he'll get food that's edible.
Me: You don't know that weirdo as well as I do Robin. Maybe he'll run into Bryan at the store and Bryan will get something edible...We can only hope.
*Meanwhile at the grocery store*
Gonzo: Oh Camilla! Look at that! Pickkle chips!
Camilla: Bawk bagawk!
Gonzo: Yeah, let's get some!
Camilla: *sees Bryan* Bawk! Buck buck baw!
Gonzo: Oh! Hi Bryan! I'm just picking out some food for the party tonight! You want a pickle chip?
Bry: A pickle chip? No thanks, Gonzo. We better hurry and get all this food so that we can be back in time to help Ryan with the finishing touches.
Telly: When does the party start?
Bry: Not for a few more hours I think. We have little time. I asked Bert and Ernie to look after the cake down at Hooper's.
Big Bird: Gee, I thought Mr. Chef was going to make the cake for The Count's birthday.
Bry: Yes, but as we all know, when it comes to the Swedish Chef, a back up plan is not a bad idea.
Big Bird: Right.

He's a bit of a villain, but James from Pokemon's Team Rocket's the only other person/character I've known to be as big a bottlecap buff as Bert.
As for gifts for Robot Kermit... Well, maybe a manual on how to put him back together would work so he'd be in working order for the party. Either that or other trinkets that the real frog might like... Dunno, a battery-powered banjo or digital wristwatch? Or maybe a nice 3D computer graphic photo of him and some of his friends.
That reminds me... Have to call the Satelite Of Love to get some ramchips to munch on. Those things were delicious...

Think of it more as C-3PO from Star Wars... He visited Big Bird on Sesame Street a couple of times back in the day.
Well... Good thing the plans for the party are coming along.
Count: But vhat do you get for a robot's birthday?
Well... Since it's a robot version of Kermit... Went down to the mall and picked up these neat little magnets with a few Muppets Around the World designs.
Count: Ah yes... I remember Beth vas the one who told us about them.
Yep... Bought two, the one with Kermit at tea time in London and the one of him with Piggy. The others should have better luck finding neat little gifts like that for the robo-ribbeter. Maybe a digitally downloadable packet of fanfics? Eh, they'll come up with some ideas I'm sure.
And no worries Erin, it's all in good or bad pun.

Hey Ed. I wanted to warn you that magnets seem to make robot sing or do silly stuff. Remember Bender and that robot from that other cartoon show. Just wanted to let you know. Just a little info about robots. Well since most fo the mosnters are away at the moment I might go to Bunsan's lab for a little. I'm not a real robot designer but I bought this book on how to make robots. So the surprised will be later on tonight. *gathers up the book and the parts and runs to Bunsan's lab/room*

Today is Robo Kermit's b-day. And we wanted to get him something and first none of us knew what to get him for his brithday. We don't have a clue to get a robot for his birthday. But then I went to the hardware store and thought I would build him a friend, a pal, uh amigo, partner.....
Oscar: Ok ok enough with all the nice words. I just might happen to have some cans. Hold on one sec. *goes down into his can*
Ok. *wait a few seconds*
Oscar: Alright. Here is one I think you could really use.

Bry: Yeah, that will do. We don't have to use one of Oscar's personal ones. It might be easier that way. (Teasing) Wouldn't want plastic snakes to pop out at me or anything. Haha!
Telly: (pats Kyle on the arm) It's okay, Kyle. I know how you feel.
Bry: Ernie, why don't you go get one of those cans from outside, empty it out somehow, clean it with the hose and soap, then bring it back here. I wonder if bunsen has a saw that will cut through metal. Hmm...we may need Biff and Sully's help for some of this.
Big Bird: You never explained to us, what we're making.
Bry: It's sort of based on your story about R2-D2. We're going to use the trashcan and make some sort of go-cart for Robot Kermit to move around in without having to walk all the time.

He must have decided to sleep over with the Monsters. That's okay. Bryan and Telly are probably sleeping in their room too. Well, I don't want to wake them. I'll just leave my gift for the Robot Kermit outside his room door. See, Bernice? It's a pair of glasses made from some of my finest paperclips. (holds up a shiny pair of glasses made from bent and shaped paperclips) Pretty nifty, huh? Oh, and get a load of this...a bow tie made out of bottlecaps and paper clips glued together. Isn't that beautiful!? Yeah, see how it sparkles when the light hits it just right? I should make one for myself. Well, I'll just put them in this box and deliver it to the birthday bot. Then off to bed I go.

Bry: It's about 11:30 the next day, Telly. So, I think it is.

Big Bird: I miss my nest.
Bry: Someone must have unlocked it this morning while we were sleeping. Now we can get outta here and finally give Robot Kermit his present! How does it look?
Ernie: It's still in great condition.
Bry: Good.
Telly: Bryan? Can I ride it to their room?
Bry: Of course, Telly. Just be careful. Just switch it on with that bottlecap knob and steer with the frying pan steering wheel.
(the go cart gets switched on and Telly rides it out of the workshop, to the elevator and up to Layla's room, followed by me, Big Bird and Ernie.)
Telly: Whoah! This is fun!

Bry: Okay...here we are. I think Leyla and her roomies are probably out. We'll just leave it here with a note. (the note reads "Robot Kermit, we hope you will enjoy this special go-cart we made for you out of an old trashcan [you can see the back half was cut out creating an opening for you to step in] on rollerskates. The frying pan acts as a steering wheel and there are other such odds and ends such as bottlecaps, tin cans, lights, horns, bells, whisks, and buttons that create other functions. It has not been fully tested yet, but we are sure you will have a good time with it. Happy birthday! Hoots: By the way, have you guys thought of any ideas for Halloween?
Bry: You mean costumes? No, we haven't really talked about it yet. Maybe I'll bring it up to the guys tomorrow. We need to allow time to plan. Man, there's a lot I need to do. We should definitely start decorating this place up for Halloween. Maybe I'll even let Ed give me some tips. Heck, I haven't even posted the room layout description yet. It's not much different from last year, just a few additions. For one thing, Big Bird's nest has moved out back so he has his own little area, and Bert and Ernie get their own private room, and Telly and I share a room too. That way we have more personal spaces and then there's the livingroom/kitchen where we all meet. Well, I'll post those details later.
Hoots: Sounds good, my man.
Bry: And of course, your nest isn't at our window anymore.
Hoots: No. My home is really back on Sesame Street for the time being, but I'm a wanderer. I just come by to pay visits every now and then. I like to watch over the place during the night hours. Sit up on the roof or a nice tree and play my mellow tones.
Bry: Also, its nice to have someone to chat with late at night when everyone else is asleep.
Hoots: No problem! I enjoy it.
Bry: I really should be getting in bed now though.

MN: Well, in all of the rooms except the breakfast nook, we're doing a literary house of horrors.
Storyteller: Okay...for Tale of Two Cities, we'll put the guillotine and the timbrel carts in the kitchen...
Nora: The bathroom we'll turn into the castle of Dracula...
MN: My room will encompass some of the creepier scenes in the Sherlock Holmes novels, all against a backdrop of London's East End.
Storyteller: And Nora's room...Dr. Jekyll's lab. You can borrow your siblings' chemistry set; it's dangerous enough.
Nora: What are we doing for the nook?
MN: That one needs a bit of sanity; that's where we're putting the corn, gourds and pumpkins.

Hello all... Sure was a good and spooky Friday the 13th yesterday.
Count: Ah, my little black kitten had a fun day crossing others' paths...
Anyway, wanted to tell you guys that today, October 14th is Grover's birthday. The party will be held in the evening as usual after we get back from the football game.
Unfortunately, there was a scheduling conflict and the game on Oct 28: Tattooine Jedis v. Muppet Frogs, Away at Jaba the Hutt Sandpitts will have to be played this Saturday.
The good thing is that after we get back from the game we can party with our favorite blue and furry monster.
Cookie: Wha? Me no favorite blue and furry monster?
Maurice: Yeah, and what about me?
Guys, you're each special in your own ways... That's just sort of how we refer to Grover.
Cookie and Maurice: Oh...
Now scoot, I'll be back to watch the rest of our Saturday morning shows.

Bert: Since this morning. They're already in bed though. In fact, everyone is.

(At the Hensonville Hooper's Store...Ernie is sitting on a stool at the counter very mopey, I'm behind the counter trying to cheer him up)
Bry: Ernie, can I get you something? Some juice maybe?
Ernie: Sure, I guess.
Bry: Coming right up!
Snuffy: (walks up to the open window counter) Hi, Bryan. Oh, hey there, Ernie.
Ernie: Hi, Snuffy.
Bry: Hey, Snuffy! Good to see ya! What a surprise, I didn't hear your bouncy theme music.
Snuffy: (Gloomy) Well...I'm not exactly in a bouncy mood, Bryan.
Ernie: Yeah, I noticed you looked a little sad.
Snuffy: Yeah, I am sad. You look a little sad too, Ernie.
Ernie: Does it show that much? I'll tell you why I'm sad if you tell me why you're sad.
Snuffy: Okay...you wanna go first?
Ernie: Sure...
It started this mornin'
It started alright
Cuz Bert and I were flyin' a kite.
But all of a sudden
Bert started to moan.
He said he felt sick and had to go home!

So I'm here alone and Bert's sick in bed.

Snuffy: What a sad story, Ernie. I've got one too. Wanna hear it?

It started this mornin'
It started okay
I looked for Big Bird cuz I wanted to play.
I went to his nest
But he wasn't there
I looked all around, I looked everywhere!
Then I found out
Bird was not in his nest
Cuz he's gone to his Granny's and I'm so depressed
Yeah, my best friend Bird is far away
So I've got the best friend blues today.
Ernie: We both have the blues
Snuffy: Yeah, that's for sure.
Ernie: But they'll go away cuz I've got a cure!
Here's what we'll do
Cuz we're buddies too
If you'll play with me, then I'll play with you!
Snuffy: We can go to the park
We can go to the zoo
Ernie: We can play in my room
Snuffy: We can play in mine too! Yeah!
Both: You and I can play all day
And our best friend blues will go away!
Ernie: Great! So what should we do first? The park or the zoo?
Snuffy: Park?
Ernie: Sounds good to me!
Snuffy: Okay!
Ernie: (taps Snuffy's snuffle) Tag! You're it! Khekhekhe!(runs off)
Snuffy: Ooh! Hey, wait up! Dohohoho! (chases after Ernie)
Bry: Hey, guys! You know I'm here too! I like to play! Guys? Hmm...well, I guess it's just you and me, Gaffer!
Gaffer: (curled up in the corner of the floor) zzzzzzzzz...
Bry: Or there's always naptime, too...

Maurice: Ooo it looks so good.
I know I can't wait to dig in. *sits the pot down on the table* Alright. Dig in!
Cookie Monster grabs the pot and gobbles the whole thing. "URP! Excuse me."
Maurice: Cookie. I didn't get any.
Don't worry Maurice. I made more. So since Cookie has had his share then our share is right here.
Maurice: Good. *digs in, mouthful* Tish is grwat.
I know. I make the best. *eats some too*

Storyteller: (standing on sink, wearing a Fraggle-sized Doozer helmet) All right, bring in the parapets and raise the battlements!
(castle parts start to creak up around bathroom)
MN: (comes in hauling street lamps and pub signs) The coffin's in the kitchen! We'll install that next! And where did that raven get to!
Nora: (setting up lab decor in room) I found it rapping, rapping at my chamber door.
Storyteller: Send, oh send, that raven here, young Eleanor.
MN: Quoth the raven...(knocks over pot of fake blood) Lots of gore. Ick...somebody get a mop.

Telly: (on couch watching the "No Day But Today" marathon, chomping on a peanut butter and jelly sandwich) Oh, this is so funny! Ah ha hahaa! That Puddin'! Haha! Oh, a commercial. I'll get more milk...
(the phone rings)
Telly: (answering) Hello?
Bert: (who has called from his bedroom) Telly, would you mind turning down the TV? I'm trying to get some rest.
Telly: Sure, Bert. Sorry about that. But why didn't you just come out here and ask me?
Bert: Because I am sick, Telly, and I don't have the energy to get up and walk to the door right now.
Telly: Oh...you didn't have to come to the door. Just tell me from where you are.
Bert: My throat hurts.
Telly: Gosh, Bert. If your throat hurts then you shouldn't be talking on the phone with me. You should get your rest.
Bert: *sigh* I'll do that. Thanks.
Telly: You're welcome. (hangs up and continues watching TV quietly)

Kinda late... But here I am, back home and ready to catch up on what's been happening here in my absence.
Anything happenin' guys?
Bry: (coming in with Gaffer in tow) Hi, Telly! How's the show?
Telly: (glued to the set) Shh it's not over yet.
Bry: Oops. Sorry. Hey, Ernie. How was your playdate with Snuffy?
Ernie: It was so much fun! We went to the park and he taught me how to play Snuffleball. I think that it's probably much easier with a snuffle, but we had a great time.
Bry: Good!
Ernie: But I still missed my ol' buddy Bert.
Bry: How's Bert doing?
Ernie: He's resting in his bed. He's not well.
Prairie: Oh dear...
Rosita: I hope he doesn't have the flu.
Bry: Me too. Well, for now let's just let him rest. Ernie, maybe you better sleep out here in the livingroom tonight with me and Telly.
Ernie: Okay.
Prairie: Have you heard from Big Bird yet?
Bry: Oh yeah. He called me this afternoon and told me that he got to his Granny's safely.
Prairie: Oh good.
Bry: I meant to ask you girls, how have you been sleeping?
Rosita: Muy bien! Telly's triangle bed is very comfy.
Prairie: Your bed is nice too, Bryan. The sheets are so warm and soft. Thanks for giving up your beds to us this week.
Bry: No problem. We love having guests.
Rosita: Bryan, I think Gaffer wants to go out and play in the halls. Is that okay?
Bry: Sure. Maybe Fatatatita will be around. I'll be up here brewing up some tea for Bert.

Ooh... The light's on in Cath's room. Hope we get more of her fantistacabulous stories or at least one of them soon.
*Heads back downstairs to Room #1 to get some sleep.
Rosita: Come on in, Gaffer, it's late!
Gaffer: Meow! (slinks in)
Rosita: Good kitty! Well, I'm off to bed.
Prairie: Me too. Goodnight all!
Bry: Goodnight, Prairie and Rosita. What about you, Telly? Ready to go to sleep?
Telly: But I'm not done watching my show!
Ernie: You've been watching all day.
Telly: I know. It's a 24 hour all day marathon. I started watching at 11 o'clock this morning and it doesn't end until 11 o'clock tomorrow morning.
Bry: Can't we tape it?
Telly: I started to, but ran out of tapes.
Bry: Telly, you mean you were recording as you were watching?
Telly: Uh huh.
Bry: (smacks forehead) Oh brother...
Ernie: Bryan, I don't mind the TV on. I'm not really even that tired.
Bry: Oh alright, but try to keep it down. We have sleepy neighbors, plus Bert.
Telly: Yea!! Chips, anyone?
Ernie: Don't mind if I do!

Guys I heard that Bert isn't feeling well. Let's make him a card. How's that sound?
Grover: I will get the crayons.
Herry: I have the paper.
Cookie M: Me get the glue.
Maurice: I have some makers too.

All of us set down and start making a card for Bert
Bry: (sleeping on couch) Zzzzzz....
Ernie: (sleeping in chair) Zzzzzz...
Telly: (Struggling to stay awake but falls in and out of sleep) Zzzzz...*snort*....zzzzz...
Snuffy: (voice over as letters and numbers appear in crayon as spoken) Muppet College Dorms were brought to you today by the letters T, V, and by the number 2.

Sara: *Is handstitching black gossamer onto her witches hat, with her long black dress ready to go next.* This is easier then I thought it would be...
Sadie: Your mother was a seamstress Sara. You've learned from her!
Sara: Yeah, well. I can't sew a straight seam if my life depended on it, Sadie. But hand-stitching....perfect for me.
Scooter: *Admiring the new embroidery Sara had done to his jacket. She repaired the Muppet Shows emblem on the back of it.* This is perfect for you. This looks brand-new! Thanks!
Sara: No prob, Scoot. *She finishes up and settles the black hat on her head, and glances at herself in the mirror. The child's witch hat she got at the Dollar Store looks great now.* Awesome.
Sadie: Now to try on that dress! Have you finished it yet?
Sara: No. I've gotta get some more gossamer and some black piping for it. It was a little tight on me when I first got it, so I'm kinda...building it up, so it won't look like I'm melted and poured into it. But it is super comfortable.
Scooter: *Notices the dress is short-sleeved* You arn't going to make your entire arms green are you?
Sara: Oh no! I'm going to stitch in some black tight-weave netting. I don't have that much green makeup. Plus....I threw away my yellow. It was so old! And crumbly. If I have too, I can probably make some more, but I don't want to risk it...so I'm making slightly flared tight-weave black netting sleeves. I'm going to underhem those to the sleeves.
Scooter: Cool. Can't wait to see how those turn out!
