Gonna check on the lists, might have something finally in mind or not. And I hope you guys will like the games planned for the holidays. Yes, All Hallow's Eve on the 31st of Shocktober, All Saints Day on the 1st of November with HH's midnight ride, and the Day of the Dead on the 2nd of November... Good times for all boyles and ghouls that week.

*tears* When I saw her I thought she was just sad because she was going to be leaving friday and she was sad but it was because she...*cries the words*.....was FIRED! I can't stand when I see girls cry. It makes me feel bad because I'm not crying and she is. I was surpised that I had the courge to talk to her.

Rowlf: Reminds you what? That you have a story to finish posting yourself?
Lisa: Well, yeah, but that's not what I was refering to.
Rowlf: What were you refering to?
Lisa: Well see in English today we were doing these grammar exercises that nobody really likes at all, including the student teacher, and one of them was to "expand" sentences by adding like descriptions and stuff. So I was working on that and she came over to see how I was doing, and I started thinking out loud and I said "What should be aching? How 'bout hand..." and I started writing it down and she's like "yeah, your hand aches because I'm making you write so much, right? I'm sorry..." And I'm like "No actually I like writing," and then I showed her my fanfic notebook which is almost full and I said "See?" And she was like "Wow!" And we started talking about it a little and I guess she thought it was cool that I was writing Muppet fanfiction and then I mentioned that most of my stories are about twenty chapters long and she was REALLY impressed! And that was really cool. She's nice. And actually I was thinking about giving her a cameo in Swamp Call but now that I think about it I've got this OTHER story that's a lot shorter that she would fit into better and I'd really like to write that and get it all typed up and everything and give it to her because she seemed really interested, you know? And I think she'd like to see herself interacting with the Muppets, I mean who wouldn't? But the problem is that since she's just a STUDENT teacher, I don't really know how much longer she'll be teaching our class for, so I don't know how much time I would have to write this other story. I might put the actual writing of "Swamp Call" on hold for a little bit so I can get it to her in time. But I don't really know. <shrug>

1 Ryan... You should know that commentary for your stories is almost second-nature. And you should post it if people say they'll read it. Heck, you should post it even if people don't read it.
2 Kathy, is it any type of cat you'll be dressed as? Or is it a black cat as I hinted for you in my short story Halloween Homecoming?
Oh, and you should probably post what Prairie's costume will be in the Halloween Costumes thread in the Friends & Family section so Kyle knows for his dormwide Halloween portrait.

Lisa, I say you go for the short story now and come back to Swamp Call. Short stories are better to write because they're, well, short and with a specific purpose rather than the expansive span of a full-blown fan fic.

Hope you don't mind his presence. As of now, if there is anyone else who wants to take him in to their room thats cool. I am sure you know that Stinky has sort of ended up in our room though. BJ: well, i had TWO funerals instead of one...

BJ: okay, maybe I should explain. ya see, my girlfriend was going to come here to MC, but she suffered a heart attack this past weekend and died.

WIll: okay, but why did you say that you didn't want to go into it?

BJ: well, she was Jewish...and her dad's family wanted to pay for everything and her mom's family wanted to pay for everything too...

Wont: oh, no!

BJ: Oh yes! So they had 2 of everything. I had to settle the **** disputes all by my lonesome instead of going to the football game. Let's just say I did a lot of snapping and a lot of skewering and let's just say I'm never dating another ******* Jewish girl again.

Will: Jeez. Bad day at the office, huh?

BJ: Yes. I have already given both of her parents a piece of my mind and I did apologize beforehand because of the circumstances. To the father, I said that I should never have gotten into his web at all and to the mother, I said that she should have controlled her family members some more.

Lisa: Yes, pack! Tonight is my youth group's annual Sukkah Sleepover! And for the first time ever, we are going to be in an actual synagogue sukkah, because for the first time ever, the synagogue has its own sukkah, because for the first time ever, we have our own land to build a sukkah on! Oh it's so exciting!
Rowlf: Um... mind explaining what a sukkah is?
Lisa: Oh! It's a, um, it's like a little hut. It's got three walls, and the roof is just a bunch of branches, so you can still see the sky! It's for the holiday of Sukkot, traditionally you should eat as many meals as you can in a sukkah, and sleep in it every night of Sukkot! And it's FUN! So... yeah. I'm so excited!
Rowlf: So you're... you're basically sleeping outside?
Lisa: Well, in theory, yes. But considering the fact that it's cold outside, and even colder at night, and most of us don't really like sleeping outside on the ground in the cold, we'll most likely be sleeping inside the synagogue. But it's so much fun!!!!!! So yes, I must pack! Because I'll be staying at the synagogue right through Sunday School tomorrow morning! Ooh, I wonder if that's such a smart idea?
Robin: What do you mean?
Lisa: It's called a Sukkah Sleepover, but you have to remember: it's still youth group. Sleep is definately not our highest priority. Probably closer to one of our lowest, actually. <shrug> Oh well. <hugs Robin> You'll be good tonight, won't you?

Oh Telly... Sorry if I scared you. When I said I would be resting in the grave, I was making a bit of a sort of joking reference to my bed and that I would be going to sleep. However, I think there's a small graveyard near the college campus. If you go back to last Halloween's skelebrations and read through the scavenger hunt, you'll be able to find it easily. Unless that sort of stuff isn't what you'd normally go to. It's OK Telly, it'll be OK.

In case he is ever away from his computer and he has ideas, he can write them down in here. I really hope he likes this.
Telly: I'm sure he will. A lot of thought went into this one.

Well, good to be back home. The problem's not as bad as I first thought, but we still need a plumber here PDQ. The plumber should be here soon though, Lindburgh told me he'd try to get here this afternoon and help with the pipes from the water vane outside the dormhouse.

Will report if there's any news, just steer clear of the area with the pipes near the outer area of the house you guys.

MrsPepper has a bright yellow bodied robe, with white corded sleeves. The robe features white corded trimming, two small pockets on both sides of the robe's front, a red heart on the top of the left sleeve, a black music note with a number 8 in its center on the right sleeve, and "Pepper" in red letters across the back.
Uncle "Traveling" Matt Fraggle has a clear yellow bodied robe, with white corded sleeves. The robe features white corded trimming, a brown explorer's helmet on the right sleeve, lots of pockets for his maps, bags of Doozersticks, and compass, and "Uncle "Traveling" Matt" in brown letters across the back.

*Back at the dorms. Dinner was good tonight, chicken parmessana with rice and plantains. Haven't checked in with the World Series game, taking care of business here at the dorms.

Glad you liked it Mrs. Pepper, these robes are a gift to all who live here.
Lisa, some suggestions have been posted. It's up to you now to choose from them, if you wanna see your roomies in costume and have them added to the portrait that is.
Don't think I'm giving you an ultimatum, I'm not. I understand you have things to do as well.
Just take it one at a time and you'll nag that pesky homework to death.

Ah, to remember the days I got to stay home from high school cause I hadn't finished the Psychology class workbook assignments. Back in the days when my mom was my reader and provided transport to and from the school.

And Kyle might be finishing the project, unless the rest of the people here at the dorms finally call in with what their roomies will be dressed as. That reminds, gotta make a few calls to let them know.

Hey Kyle, hope you're feeling better. Like I said over in the other thread, you gotta pace yourself. Would've been nice if all the portrait twas to be finished by Monday, but it'll be OK if it isn't. Besides, we know that it'll be worth it when you're finished even if you have to take a bit longer to get it finished. Just take it one day at a time, but don't let a bunch of them attack you like Tink.

Well... The choice is rully up to you as to which Muppet you want to room with, so long as it's not one already rooming with someone else as indicated in the register posted above. If you need help choosing someone, you can always go through my Muppet Listings 15.0 thread in the Classic Muppets section of the boards.

Oh, a word of warning... If you choose either Animal and/or Lips, you'll have to take either Room #31, 34, 35, 36, or 37. Wanna keep the EM all together on the same floor, round the same area.

Sorry I wasn't here earlier to sort through the confusion... OK, let's take this one at a time.
1 The key to Room #51 is still on the wall, behind the marble 51. Just let me get it and I'll be up there soon baba and Sweetums.
2 The problem was that you were refering to Super Muppet, a fellow MC member, not a Muppet character. The dorms are intended for each MC member who wants to join to sign up with their dream/ideal Muppet character(s) as roommates so long as the one they choose hasn't been taken by someone else.
3 Super Muppet, if you want to move into the dorms, you can do so. You need to pick a Muppet character(s) who hasn't been already taken and move into a separate room of your own. Hope this helps.

Um, sorry, but... If anyone takes Animal and/or Lips to be their roommates, then they have to take either Room #31, 34, 35, 36 or 37. Trying to keep the EM all together in the same area of the dorms. If you still want to have Animal as your roomate super muppet you can, just choose one of the afore-mentioned rooms on the third floor.

*Grabs key from wall to Room #31 and ushers both newbies into the Floor 2 common room. OK, this Old World furnace is how we get around in the dorms. There's a dumbwaiter elevator that takes us from floor to floor. There's also a rainbow colored staircase... Not sure if that should be removed for another elevator. Will take it under consideration.
Anyway... *All exit on the third floor's common room. You know this is Floor 3's common room because of the number print on the carpeting here, different from the others. A quick turn to our left, and your room is the first one on our right.

*Hands key to Animal. OK, you got Spamela (KC) and Janice in the room across from yours, Harvey Towers with Johnny and Sal in the room diagonally across from yours, and JFS or Diana with the rest of the EM in the room next to yours. Enjoy your stay.

Well... OK, was going for a Cobra Commander motiff, pairing with a G.I. Joe motiff for Sweetums' robe. Plus, the only thing I know is "baba" as in Ali Baba, so I combined it with a bit of an oriental feel also.
But if you want the Kermit face on the front of the pocket, sure thing.
*Snaps fingers and threads realign forming Kermit's face on the front of the pocket.
Though I snapped my fingers, that wasn't magic... Just summoning the spiders who undid the weaving of the previous adornments for baba's robe and added the new Kermit face on the pocket.

Will be locked down in my room for a while tonight. Leave a message if you need me.

Ok... Uh, baba, I don't know what the Swedish Chef will be preparing for dinner, since I'm not the one who controls him. You'd have to talk to Lisa (TogetherAgain) about that. And he usually cooks for himself or other occassions, we just get our food from other places.
Oh, and I'll be needing an idea for the design of Pops's robe. If you have any suggestions for what added elements it should have besides just the basic color, include that too or we'll just end up with the same problem as before.

Hi guys, just got home. Um tutter_fan, it depends on what the favor you have to ask is. If I can help, then I'll do my best.
Um baba, I'm not sure that Fozzie and Kermit's Dad is a suitable roommate. I mean, it kind of goes in the same category as the Muppet Babies, wouldn't rully make much sense as to why he'd be at college since he's already gone through the rigors of college already if we establish that he is indeed Fozzie and Kermit's Dad. Pops on the other hand, is OK cause he can stay up in your room or he can man the lobby's desk greeting new people who come in to become residents. Not rully sure, you'd have to talk to Fozzie Bear (Kevin) the moderator or one of them here at MC.
Just some friendly advice. The party will start soon, lemme get into costume.

OK Bry... The party will start a bit later tonight, so it'll give you and others the chance to get some trick-or-treating in round the campus or at SS or FR or wherever you call home.
Just don't go near the ghost sheets, they're covering the surprises and will scare off any snoopers.

*Starts changing into costume. OK, red shirt, check. Ghost white pants, check. Black belt, socks and shoes, check. White suitjacket with black vertical stripes and circular armbands, check. Disshevelled wig, check. Hey Count, could you help me with the black tie? Remember to leave the ends loose.
Count: Sure thing my friend. The party vill be starting soon. I know, that's why I'm getting into costume, so you can introduce me.
Count: OK, let me get my vampire costume on and I'll go outside to start things up.
