Ah Christy, so great to have you back! Well, seems Scooter's Girl never did say whether she wanted to move in. So I guess you're still with Scooter in Room #18, unless she comes by and says something.
But anyway, you'll have to tell us about your week at the MBH. Oh, and there's an Easter egg hunt going on with eggs strewn about in the patio and surrounding dorm areas. There's still time to get in the game and take the lead from Beth and Red.
*Watches Scooter come on over.
Ah, here's Scooter now, he'll help with your unpacking and then if you want, he'll help you with the egg hunt.

Correct. But out of the 23 found so far...
All the red and orange ones have been found, and only #12 of the yellows remain. Hmmm, looks like we got two greens, three blue ones, two indigo eggs, and one violet and one black.
As for who's winning, well that's tricky. Are the Monsters competing individually or as a team?

Kathy and Prairie have 4.
Beth and Red have 6.
Herry Monster has 4.
Cookie Monster has 4.
Grover Monster has 5.
Leaders: Beth and Red.

Together:
Kathy and Prairie have 4.

Red: Just number 26. I looked as much as I could before going to class.

First off, I'd like to thank Kermit for allowing me to come and visit ya'll. Hopefully, we can do it again sometime. Secondly, this is only a brief summary of the good parts. I could in no way have a big enough space to write everything that happened. And thirdly, if you are female and just so happen to visit the boarding house...Beware of Piggy's karate chop. Trust me it hurts. I'll post this as a day by day thing. Beginning up to when I arrived last Saturday....

Saturday- My cab pulled up and I got out and paid the driver who began helping me take my luggage out of the trunk of the cab. That is until Animal rushed up and bit him. (I still gotta find that guy and get my change.) Once inside I was greeted by Kermit who immediately showed me to my room. Since Scooter was unable to make the visit with me I'd be using his room alone. Unbeknownst to us a certian female pig was watching. Once we were at the room Kermit helped me put my bags down and Miss Piggy huffed in.
Me: Hi Miss Piggy. I'm a big fan and I'm so glad I'm staying here.....
Piggy: Stay away from my frog. Hiyaaaahhhhh!!!
I go sailing out the open window and land into the hot tub below.
Clifford: Hey look Pepe. It looks like our guest has met Miss Piggy.
Pepe: Sí and she looks all washed up, okay.
Me: *all wet and frustrated* I never thought you two were funny.

Red: Well, she is very protective of Kermit. I learned all about that while practicing for the swim meet with Kermit. She really didn't like that!

All you need know is to pick which room you want from the ones that are available. If you need some help, LMK and I'll check what's left. After that, I'll get you your key and escort you to your room.
BTW: Thanks for the Snickers chocolate egg, those are my fave especially since they're the only ones I like. Oh, and there's currently an Easter egg hunt underway, just check out the last few posts of what's been happening here at the dorms. Though you'll have to do some serious searching to beat Kyle and the Monsters who've already found 14 of the 40 eggs, and 28 of the 40 eggs have been found. That means only 12 eggs are left to find. Hope everyone finds them soon though.

Please LMK what your choice is so we can get this resolved at last. And I hope Livcurtain and Elmo say which room they want so they can truly check-in as new boarders here at the dorms.

Sorry about that. Gobo says *looks for Red* to keep the peace and that he'd like to room close to Wembley he wants Room #36. They'll be arriving tomorrow on the bus. Will set you a sofa bed in the common room, just a matter of unfolding the sofa and prepping it so you can stay there during the night if you like while waiting for your new roomies. Well, in truth, all the rooms here at the dorms have as much room as you may need within their measurements. You need to pick one though, so you know where you're headed with your things and not have to carry them for so long. Here, you can leave the suitcases here in the lobby while you sit down and choose a room.

Hmmm, what's left? Well, Rooms #8, 9, 11, and 12 on the basement floor are available. Then again, Rooms #15, 16, 17, 19, 22, 25, 28, and 29 on this main floor are also vacant. Or if you prefer, there's Rooms #34, 38, 39, 40, 42, 43, or 44 up on the third floor. And yet, there's also Rooms #45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 53, 54, or 57 up on the fourth and topmost floor.
LMK and I'll get you your room key and show you to your room.

Yes, sorry about that. Seems there's a bit of water splashing out of that fishbowl. Don't worry, we'll get you to your room now.
*Takes key from its hook next to marble 12 and leads Liv and Elmo past double doors. OK, we're gonna walk into the common room, please pardon the mess of coffee beans strewn about the floor. *Presses button to furnace's doors. You see this neat old furnace? Well, there's one on every floor's common room. The reason is there's a dumbwaitor elevator inside and we use it to get from floor to floor. Course, you could use the rainbow-colored spiral staircases, but this way is much more fun.
*All get inside the dumbwaitor and ride down one floor. OK, here we are at Floor 1. Now then, we need to turn to the right after leaving the common room. And your room would be, ah yes, third door down on our right. You guys have some neighbors here on Floor 1's East Wing. There's Tutter_Fan and Bear in Room #10 and Beauregard (MC) and Beauregard in Room #14 on both sides of yours. Then there's TuttertheMouse with Statler and Waldorf in #13 across from yours. My room is #1 and it's in the other corridor on this floor. *Hands key over to Livcurtain and Elmo. OK, here you go, hope you have a good time here at the dorms. Remember to post a descript of what your room will look like so we can get a peek inside. Your room can be decorated/furnished according to your own tastes and those of your roommate. LMK if there's anything else we can help you with. You can leave a message at the lobby desk or on my door knocker.

As for the rest of your stuff, don't worry about it, it'll be brought down soon. Might prove too heavy for the bats though. Well, it'll be down here in no time flat.

Sorry It took me so long to finish this. So where was I oh yeah. Sunday.

Sunday- After my adventures with a hot tub and Piggy's karate chops, Gonzo offered to give me flying lessons. Being human curiosity got the better of me and I accepted. Uncle Deadly told me I would regret it. That afternoon everyone settled on the front lawn to watch the show.
Me: You know ya'll don't have to watch.
Floyd: Man, are you kiddin'? This'll be great.
Animal: Can-non, Can-non.
Me: What did he say?
Floyd: Trust me you don't wanna know.
Of course Gonzo rolled out his cannon and was dressed in his suit. After much arguing, I eventually was force into the cannon. (Gonzo had some help from Sweetums)
Me: I guess I kinda forgot to mention I'm afraid of heights.
Gonzo: Don't worry. This is gonna be great. And remember if you miss the hot tub just tuck your head in.
Me: What do you mean if????
Gonzo: Bombs Away!!!!
I go flying and screaming and thankfully landed once again into the hot tub.
Statler: Hmmm.... Not bad. I give her a five.
Waldorf: What for??
Statler: For actually going through with it!

With my recent move, I feel there's a need for a new Room description. So here it is. Welcome to the humble abode of Christy, Gobo, and Sprocket.

As you enter the door you enter a short hallway which to your left is my closet. As before there's not much in there just my clothes and things. Pretty soon you exit the hallway and view a large open square room.

On the east wall next to the window my bed lies against the wall My desk against the south wall with the Coffee Corner in the corner where the east and south walls meet.

Directly diagonal from my desk is Sprocket's doggy bed. Along with his bowl, toys, and dog supplies. A few feet from his bed is a doggy door. This way Sprocket can come and go as he pleases while Gobo and I are at class.

Now for Gobo. Being a fraggle we had some difficulty creating a space of his own. With some highly skilled manuvering, and bad carpentry we have created a fragglehole. Much like the one he has at home actually. This thing is somehow sunken into the wall and is right above Sprocket's bed with a ladder so you can climb into it.

As for other miscellaneous items we have also installed a TV and telephone. The TV on the South wall and the phone is on my desk. We also have a nice plush area rug on the floor and some photographs hanging on the walls.

Had a good long day today. We had our regular classes, reading in between, and we also gave Liv and Elmo and Zoe a walking tour of the campus. At least enough of one to point out where the main buildings are.

Sorry about this taking me so long guys anyway here's Monday.

Monday- After such an eventful and crazy weekend things started out relatively calm at the MBH. That is until Bunsen's latest experiment. I was eating breakfast and watching the scientist and his victim. Bunsen was trying to create a gadget that would instantly repair any broken item. Very useful according to him.
Me: *mouth full of cereal* I don't think this is such a good idea. Besides, Kermit said he's already hired someone to fix the leaky roof.
Bunsen: But imagine his surprise and delight when we fix it for him for free! Ready Beaky
Beaker: Meeep, meep.
Me: I gotta bad feeling about this.
Bunsen attached Beaker to some kind of computer type thing with a hammer. He threw the switch and sparks went everywhere. I ducked underneath the table and watched trying my hardest not to laugh.
Beaker: Meep,meep,meep, MEEEEEEEEEPPPPPPPPPP!!!
Fairly soon the machine began taking off the roof. By this point I was laughing so hard that I couldn't hear Kermit come into the lab.
Kermit: What the??!!
Bunsen: We were just trying out Muppet Labs newest invention.
Me: It was supposed to fix the leaky roof.
Kermit: Fix the roof!! Now we don't have a roof.
Bunsen: Beakey we did it! No more leaky roof.

Tuesday- After the roof removing incident the day before, we all were hoping for no rain and repairmen. Thankfully, rain never showed. However, Animal bit one of the repairmen and we had to fix the roof ourself. You'd think that with all the people living in this house it'd be an easy task.
Me: Hey, Rizzo. You got any more nails?
Rizzo: Yeah sure here. I thought you were afraid of heights.

But for now, he's stayin' in his bag and goin' next to his Christmas comrades on the top right shelf, behind the Mini Muppets.

Heh, I sympathize with PD. Remembering when I took Psychology in my Senior year of high school at Baldwin. There were times that I skipped school altogether cause my mom was just too tired from staying up as my reader the night before and helping me with the homework. See, the thing is that not only did we have to read the chapters, but we had to do the corresponding chapter in the workbooks which included long-a$$ vocabulary definition submissions.
And now we're here working on our projects while the campus stays in a lock-down over the strike caused by the possibility of a raise in tuition fees. Oh well, we'll just wait and see what happens.

Got my "Frog Prince" record today as well as my "Muppet Show Book" and Muppet Moive Book." Glad to have some good old books to read when I'm bored. I used to get the Muppet Show Book cheaked out at school and read it every day. I loved this book so much I had to have it. Finally I found it at a good price with Muppet Moive book with it so I had to get it. Got and now one happy go lucky guy.

Pizza's one of my fave foods, at least the notion of pizza anyway. Don't rully like cheese pizzas that much, just no imagination. And that's why I like the notion of pizzas and don't rully care much for plain cheese pizza. To me, it's like a blank canvas ready to let you be as creative a culinary artist as you want.
This one's got freshly cut peppers and onions, some potato sticks, sausages and slices of chorizo.

Chorizo is kinda like the Spanish pepperoni. It's just a sort of meat that's been slightly spiced to one's tastes. But you can buy it at a local grocery or buther's shop.
*Gets ice cream gallon and things from the fridge.
*Sets things down on the counter.
*Spoons a big serving of Transylvania Twist in glass with spoon and cherry for Prairie. This is one of my new faves, since I like going to the Ice cream places for the new flavors. It's vanilla, chocolate and orange ice cream mixed into one, with pecans in it.

*Gets things and serves a scoop of vanilla, and then chocolate into the Osterizer. Set this to mix... And that's Chocolate Ribbon, vanilla and chocolate blended together but both left as the two flavors they are. Serve it in the glass, add whipped cream, and chopped nuts and a cherry.
There you go girls, enjoy the treats. Already finished my dinner, gonna wash up the Osterizer and put things away in the fridge again.

*All three pass through the two sets of swinging doors, past the stairwell and into the hallway of rooms on Floor 2. OK, into the common room and walk up to the furnace. There's one on every floor with a dumbwaiter elevator inside.
*Presses button, screen opens and doors open once car arrives. Going up!
*Car goes to third floor and opens up on that floors common room. You might notice that this floor's common room has a number print on its carpeted floor. Now then, just a turn to the right... and your room should be... first door on our right. Here we are, Room #38.
*Hands key to FraggleMuppet and Lou. Hope you have a good time here in the dorms. Remember to post a descript of what your room looks like when you're ready, it can reflect the tastes of both you and your roomie. The room diagonally across from yours to the left, #41, is the only other one occupied here in this part of the house. Ryan and Link Hogthrob are the ones bunking in that room. But on the upside, Wembley's with Frogster in the last room on your right down at the end of the other corridor on this floor. And the bathrooms for this floor are the last door on your left at the end of this corridor.

Thought they already had a chocolate chip cookie on their door with the number 26 made out of chocolate chips, but since the dorms reopened not sure if they kept that. Anyway, the knocker incorporates a little bit of everyone Kyle's got as roomies. The main body is a cylindrical trashcan, with a helmet like Super Grover's on top, the barbells attached to the can's sides as a brace to act like the knocker, and a chocolate chip cookie porthole that opens up for him to see who's on the other side of the door before opening.

I almost forgot to give a discription of what our room looks like. The room is rectangular, and painted sky blue. There is a trundle-bed along-side the window, so that Lou can get in and out more easily. A few feet to the right of the bed, is a computer. Mostly it is only me who uses it, although I am beginning to teach Lou to type. The printer is on a shelf above it. Diagnally across from this, is a custom-made miniature stair-climber for Lou, ware she wakes me up every morning with her routeen.
Lou: Now now, I do not.
Yes you do, but thats beside the point. Next to that, is a burau. The top and middle drawers are ware I keep my smaller clothing and other personal items. iIn the bottom drawer are Lou's weights, as well as some rocks and things that she keeps as momentos.
There is one more thing. Of course our room would not be complete without some reminders of the reason we are here in the first place! At the foot of our bed, hanging on the wall, is a beautifully framed picture of Jim Henson. Lou also has a small picture of Wembly taped to her drawer.
Lou: There is just one more thing, Eduardo, unless you are tired of us by now. I was wondering if there was a rock-rolling club in this college. I would love that, and I'm sure that Gobo and Red would too, as well as any other fraggles that happen to come along.
Ha Ha, Redwoods; you made a funny.
Lou: *confused* Hmmm?
Never mind.

Hey, that sounds nice Kate and Lou. Not sure about a rock-rolling or curling club, you'd have to check at the college's athletic department. But you might be in luck and find out that we have one, or just form the club yourselves, so long as you have somewhere to practice/play. Just remembering the great time we had recently a couple of months back at Red's swim meet.

Good thing, my credit card's paid off, for now. Gonna be cleaning up the room, got some company coming this weekend. Might make it to the party after tomorrow's meetings. Have a good time everyone.

At the shallow end of the pool everything is set for water volleyball. Lots of lounge chairs all over the place for people to just relax and now I'm going to put on your c.d. of beach and island music.

Hi everyone. I'm sorry I couldn't make it yesterday. I had a class in the morning, and I thaught I would just be a few minutes late, but then I met up with a friend unexpectedly. We went shopping, and then went to visit her mother. By the time I got back, it was rather late in the evening.
Maybee we could arrange another get-together. Just tell me what is good for you, and I will make arrangements. Think of it as making up for yesterday.

I hate spiders. There was one in the garage, large, one in the bathroom (scarey) and one on my bed when I got back from Church (too much to take, hence book)

Man, I hate those things. And I hate myself fo rhating them. After seeing those three in a row i had to go stand in the middle of a room where I knew there were funny shapped black blotches at all that (from the corner of the eye) appeared to be spiders.

*Spiders taken away, Room #14 is sprayed with some vanilla extract to freshen up the place and hope it helps settle Beauregard back down.

Well, that was... interesting. Watched half of Desperate Housewives and got suckered into Gray's Anatomy. Liked Gray's Anatomy a bit better than DH.
Remember, tomorrow's a holiday for both US and Puerto Ricans alike. Patriot's Day and the day commemorating the birth of Jose de Diego.
And tomorrow's Baby Bear's first day of school. Rully looking forward to seeing all his new friends and how he does at Storybook Community Elementary School.

Well, take it from me, I know the feeling what with my Muppet Listing. Will have some newbies from tomorrow's episode, and I rully need some help with the descripts.
