I would love to see these, maybe they will be extras on an upcomming Fraggle DVD. They seem like the type of thing that would be perfect for a DVD extra!

well if you can find a copy of "down at fraggle rock", there is a whole scene were Michael frith, who designed the show, is working on sketches of the original fraggle five, and the gorgs and doozers as well,(personally i wish they had used the original drawings they were more wimsical in my opinion, still i love the look of the fraggles in there final form as well.)

I'm hoping that "Down at Fraggle Rock" will be one of the extras on the Special Edition Fraggle Dvd coming out in October! That would be awesome.

What exactly is Down at Fraggle Rock? Was it TV special about how the show was made?

What VHS info? I would have made a copy from an airing on TV. That's all I know. I think they showed this on Odessey a few years ago, and I taped it.

Darn it! I meant the company that put it on tape and what year it was recorded.

I know CBC has some sketches in their archives, not sure if they are of the actualy characters or just props, costumes and things like that. CBC regularly displays items from Fraggle Rock at the CBC Broadcast Centre in Toronto. They are currently running an exhibit called "Growing Up With The CBC" and have a few Fraggle items on display along with the actual Canadian Muppets.
I posted a few pics from the exhibit last year at http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/angrypuppets/album?.dir=2769&.src=ph&store=&prodid=&.done=http%3a//pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/angrypuppets/my_photos and there is more info available at http://www.cbc.ca/museum/exhibit.html
