I was just curious if anyone here has heard of a puppet company from Chicago called Hystopolis productions. I know that they were around in their own theatre for about 20 years in down town Chicago. Has anyone ever heard of them and the work that they do?
Take care all,
Marc

I've heard of them; they are fairly well known in Chicago's theatre scene and they performed at one of the Henson Festivals in NYC a few years ago. I think you can reach their office/admin at (312) 787-7387 who can presumably help you find out more.

Thanks Buck. I've actually have worked with them before, and I was curious if any other puppeteers have heard about them outside of the Chicago area. This past summer Hystopolis performed Elmer Rice's The Adding Machine, a show they had performed for the Henson Festival back in 1990. It was an amazing experience and I learned so much while working with them.

Thanks again, and has anyone else heard or seen them at all?
