Obscure Fraggle PVC's

is this a fraggle merchandise i seemed to have missed? I check out buffalo road every few times a year, and they always have new pvcs. check out this...

Those PVC aren't Fraggle merchandise, they are from one of the international versions of Sesame Street. I think it's the Germany version but i'm really not sure.

Possitely Not Fraggles Though....
