Valentine / Sex - dates

Does anyone know the respective years in which "The Muppet Valentine Special" and "Sex and Violence" originally aired for the first time on TV? All over the web I'm finding conflicting reports: anything between 1973 and 1976 for either and both. It seems like no one really knows for sure and the MC Timeline only has taping dates. I need air dates. Just the year.

Sex and Violence was first aired on ABC on March 8th, 1975.
Muppets Valentine show aired in January of 1974.

Ah, I am pretty disappointed with the actual content of this thread. Judging from the title, I thought for sure there would be some discussion of the Muppet link to Valentines, sex, and getting dates.

Aw heck, while we're on the subject, is there a Muppet link to getting sex and dates? If there is, I haven't found it yet.
